Thanks for not holding up to your end of a mess up of pizza and wings and chicken wings we had delivery and the food was so bad. They said they would replace it next time but this time they wanted us to come pick it up his place has gone downhill, thanks for switching us back to Pizza Hut where you get caught good food inminutes and 20 minutes

We have been going here every week for over a year and until recently, really loved the pizza. I don’t know what’s happened, but the last four or five weeks, the quality of the pizza has really gone down. I always order extra cheese on my pizza. The last two times it didn’t even look like there was a normal amount of cheese. They almost always forget the crust toppings also.

I placed an order through the app. There’s no where that it tells you when your pizza will be delivered. Once I paid it was almost 2 hrs for delivery so I called and who ever answered the phone refused to give her name. I asked about the time and she went into a story about having to train new people so it takes a while. I asked her to cancel my order because I couldn’t wait that long as my grands are here. She was like I guess I mean it’s already half way through it’s cooking time. I thought it wasn’t going to be delivered for 2 hrs. She’s like yeah because are drivers are all busy. Again I just asked to cancel and refund my card. She was rude about I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager . The leave your feedback on our page does not work. Just absolutely in unacceptable Never again will I order from them.

It is a chain pizza store. The pizza crust is thick and soft. We had an extra cheese pizza with added sausage. There was plenty of toppings throughout. Sauce was tasty and not too sweet. Too many pizzas about here have sweet sauce and bad crust, hard or overcooked. Toppings were clearly visible and large chunks. Chunks were tasty like good Italian sausage. For a chain pizza joint, it was a good pizza.

Today was the third time in 6 months the excuse of “We don’t have an order for you … you must have called the wrong store”. What a sorry excuse! It’s the only store we ever use! Don’t worry though, we will not be ordering anymore. So sad. We’ve been getting pizza here for a few years. Not anymore.

Delicious pizza! The Romasean crust is great – not too thick, not too thin. They do not skip out on the toppings which is awesome. Obviously can’t compare to pizza in Italy, but one of the best I’ve had in US. Good flavor, lots of toppings, good crust. Only annoying part of the whole experience is getting their app to accept a coupon- it never works, so I gave up on trying to use their coupons.. the last one kept saying that I’m using a web browser when I was on the app & the coupon is only eligible for app. Uninstaller the app, reinstalled it, tried applying the coupon automatically through coupon section, tried manually typing it in – nothing. That I really wish Marco’s would fix.

If you want Marco’s go to the one on 62nd. While the staff was nice, the pizza had less cheese on it compared to other Marco’s. Plus I found a hair baked into the cheese. So I definitely wont be coming back to this one.

That blonde with the hat on at front cash register was on her phone when i came in while an employee was talking to her she was rude to him and told him to speak up and talk to her i hope she is not the manager and of she is she needs fired and when i ordered my pizza it was for pick up and i told the person on the phone what i wanted three times to be sure it was right however when i picked it up i said name it was under and discribed the pizza i wanted extra large ham and pineapple added black olives and on one half also add japenoles lighty… when i got home there is no black olive half the pizza was cheese and jalepeno and the other half ham bacon chicken no black olives i called the store back twice and got hung up on twice and the pizza was suppose to be a deal for 13 or 14 and i paid 26.60
