Tell The Truth
Very disappointing! We have eaten here since they opened and we eat out ALOT. Pizza used to be very consistant and good but the last couple of times have put this place on our NEVER AGAIN list. The pizza is now thrown together, sloppy, too much sauce, floopy when you pick up everything falls off and so greasy when picked drips everywhere and the bottom is all wet. The customer service is so poor as I told her(lowe) not to give us a 3 inch wide crust and make it well done! Of course she DID NOT acknowledge this, acted like she did not understand and DID NOT care. Pizza was everything we did not want and as we were eating(dine in) with my 7 yr old grandson, she was flipping off someone in the kitchen! Sooo goodbye Marco’s..hopefully you get good management and then employee’s might shape up. Credit card machine did not work and name board on wall did not work. Going down fast! (Note to owner): This is enough to alert you….I dont need to fill out your feedback form, I have done enough just writing this review!

No stars for Adiranna , the so called general manager. And for Alex the phone taker, rude. Where has customer service gone for your restaurant? Called back within 2 minutes of my order and said it be unknown days before I get credited. Money should only be taken when it was delivered. You guys gotta get your stuff together man in this world anymore. When you have good people trying to give you money and your service takes it all away.

The driver did not bring the 2ltr I ordered and told me he was too busy to bring back out. He said they would credit my account..never happened and I haven’t ordered since. Won’t keep ordering from people that are going to steal my money.

today was my worst experience i ordered a 6 piece wing extra buffalo sauce i did not get the extra buffalo sauce and not only that when i walked in the young lady that was at the register walked out and the young lady that came up nd gave me my food just dropped it on the counter and walked off i have never experienced this with this place i was really dissatisfied with the service today i picked my order up at 12:50 it was a online order totally unacceptable
