This was the worst experience

The pizza is pretty good, but the wait time was ridiculous for our one pizza we ordered via online pickup. It took about 25-30 minutes to get it. Who I think might be the manager or owner gave us some garlic cups to make up for the wait which was really nice, but still shouldn’t have taken that long. Also, the cashier didn’t seem to know what was going on…

This is my favorite pizzeria in the Destin area, by a mile. There are other locations in FL & they certainly don’t disappoint. Their pizza’s presentation, freshness, & taste is stellar. I highly recommend for everyone to give them a try.

Worst experience while vacationing with my family. I ordered several pizzas from this location and ask if I could have 4 plates. The associate who was helping me was getting them for me when the night manager I assume on 7/17 told the associate not to give me plates. He then tells me to go to Winn Dixie and get your own plates. I was taken back by the rudeness of the manager in this establishment. He should be fired if this is the customer service he gives and the example he leads for the associates under him.

We oredered a large order for our crew on vacation. 6.99 1 topping deals online was a great deal. We ordered ot for delivery. Showed up in the time window for delivery. Everything was hot and fresh. Id recommend it

I would leave no stars if it were an option. Super rude management and staff. They took our money but the system went down and our order didn’t show up and they refused to give us our food or a refund even though we showed them our bank account information where we were charged. They still refused to give us our food or a refund. We went back a second time to show them again and ask if we could at least get our pizza we paid for and didn’t receive and we’re still denied service. I called again today and was still denied a refund.

Love my Marcos pizza back home. Was sorely disappointed by this location. First attempt, ordered pizza from the App, about 40 mins before close. App warned me that they won’t accept online orders within 30 mins of close, but I had plenty of time. Then I found out that the store actually won’t accept online orders within an hour of close even though it went through on the app. Second attempt I ordered curbside for a late lunch a couple days later, pulled up and found out this location doesn’t offer curbside, after waiting outside for 5 mins. Need to get things straight with the app.
