First time here. Called in order at 5:30, told to pick up at 6:00. Arrived at 6pm, had to wait 45 minutes. Place was packed! In their defense they were extremely short staffed…and it was a Friday afternoon. Manager called a guy in and he showed up in 10 minutes. You could see the team in the kitchen working as fast as possible to get orders handled. Pizza was definitely worth the wait. Fresh, hot and delicious!! Will be back!!

Was on my way home and going to get pizza for my family. Called and I was put on hold for 14 minutes. I literally drove there and went inside and had to wait at the counter then I said I’m still on hold and the young lady didn’t believe me and went to pick up the phone and I said, it’s me and hung up my phone. Needless to say, I didn’t order anything. Hopefully, just a bad night but reading other reviews, they obviously don’t like picking up the phone.

The only reason I gave one star is because I can’t leave zero stars. We are down visiting from Pennsylvania and decided to try this little pizza place near our hotel first I called and it rang for about five minutes before someone picked up and asked if they could put me on hold. Then I sat on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up Because no one was answering. It is them when I decided to place my order online the online screen said that my order would be ready for pick up at 2:08 PM and it is currently 2:28 PM and we are still waiting for a pizza to be done. While sitting in the restaurant waiting, the telephone is ringing and the team members completely. Ignore the phone. They don’t even acknowledge that it’s ringing. This is the first and the last time that we will eat here.

I placed a large order and called to speak with the manager who I thought at first was very friendly and we were able to work a great deal since the order was for a non-profit organization. Everything was great until I was overcharged substantially for the order and not given the agreed upon price after bringing my Tax Id. I called to let the manager know about the overcharge, which he stated he would refund. He stopped responding to my calls and text.
