Online order that didn’t come through so I had to wait longer for my food. Manager tells me he will get my order to me as quickly as he can, no problem. I wait patiently and am given my order with an extra pizza that he gives me for waiting. I get home and my order is wrong. I call the location and ask to speak to the manager and when he gets on the phone it seems like he doesn’t know how to fix me problem. I ask how they are going to take care of the issue and then he decides that I can have a free pizza the next time I order. The issue isn’t that I wanted something for free it’s how the issue was addressed…

Marco’s “out-pizza’s” the guys that say no one can out-pizza them, and that goes for price and quality. I’ve been going to this location for many years, and they always get my order correct. Always fast, always fresh! Meat-lovers and Deluxe(supreme) are my go-to’s. Order on their website for the best deals.

Coming home late after a full day of parent/teacher conferences, I just wanted a salad and some BBQ wings, so I thought of my neighborhood Marco’s. I ordered online – great experience, ready in 15 minutes. I ordered an Italian salad, and was served a lot of lettuce, some chopped cheese, ham and salami and what looked like a whole red onion chopped and thrown on top. I had to remove some of the onion to see the cheese and meat underneath for the photo. The wings looked great when I left the counter, but upon biting into them at home, some were nice and crispy but most were mushy and not crispy. Customer service – there were three girls working the counter, however, one girl was clearly running the show. She did not smile, and she gave a whole lot of attitude to everyone in the room – customers and co-workers at the counter and food preppers at the back. When I arrived, there was no greeting just her pointing at me and asking me, “What’s the name?” My wings were done but not the salad, so she disappeared in the back and returned telling a co-worker that the one who does salads wasn’t there so they had to pull someone else to do the salad and he did not know how to do salads. Red flag for me right there. She then turned to me and said it would be a minute. It was 5 to 10 minutes, because clearly nothing was prepped to put a salad together quickly and thoughtfully. Lettuce pieces were too big, meat & cheeses had not been pre-cut, and the only other topping was onion, and there was a lot of onion. Clearly no directions in back of what goes on each salad. I won’t be troubling Marco’s in Berwick again. The cost to value ratio is not in the customer’s favor. And, I already had enough attitude for one day that I did not need more when I stopped at Marco’s.

Always make a good pie for me and the guys at work. Michael the manager, and maybe owner seems to always be there, and always accommodates any request that’s within reason. One time we ordered and got tied up with customers at work, he remade our pizza so it wouldn’t be cold. He is a great dude!

Ordered about 2 weeks ago online from work unsuccessfully. The gentleman I called to complete my order allowed me to get rewards point by using my cell phone number. We scheduled a pick up time. My husband picked it without any problems. The order was appeasing, delicious, and a great price. I ordered 2 XL pizzas.

We ordered pizza and some subs. Had some errands to run and ate some pizza in route. It was amazingggggggg. Opened up one of the subs to get a bite and it was made incorrectly. Checked the other one. Same. Went back and they immediately fixed them for me. The service was great on the initial and return visits. And the sub remakes were sooooo good also. Thanks!! We will definitely be back soon.

This is the 2nd occurrence where Marcos Pizza sent the wrong order. Now the store is not answering the phone. Horrible customer service (non-existent due to not answering). Order pizza hut or anybody else. Save yourself the headache.
