This was our first meal in any Marco’s Pizza. From the moment we walked in it felt right. We were greeted with eye contact and a GREAT smile! Our pizza was half & half and WOW were we surprised at the generous toppings, delicious taste of the toppings and light tasty pizza crust! We will definitely be back before we head back to SW FL. Very disappointed this time. We’ve ordered from this location plenty of times, and it’s usually been good, but not this time. My Philly pizza is missing the extra steak and looks like they slung it before they cooked it (cheese and toppings mostly on one side). I mean for a $20 pizza, come on. My wife’s salad was missing toppings and her pizza was slack on cheese. On top of that, my wife said workers inside looked like they weren’t doing anything when she went to pickup the curbside order and were rude when she asked if the order was accurate. Not sure if we’ll try this place again with so many other available options.

We recently ordered Marcos to be delivered to our business for lunch. It was a busy day, so we could not leave, but were fine with it being delivered when they were able to. So an hour and 20 minutes went by with no delivery. We decided to call for an update of when it would be delivered. That’s when we learned that the owner had apparently been the one to take down our order over the phone, but did not bother to turn the order to to be made. When we asked the employee on the phone if our ordered could still be made and delivered to us, the employee said they were too overwhelmed with orders at that time and it would be hours before we would get our pizza. There was no offer to “make it right” at all. They put blame on the owner and that was it.

Ordered Online. Arrived during the expected pickup time. Waited for 45 minutes. Realized they had not even started my order. The system should have never allowed me to order. Staff was very nice but unfortunately I had to cancel my order. This location seems to suffer from being short staffed often. Just be prepared to wait.

I ordered pizza an hour and a half before pick up…I got there I checked the pizza and saw that it looked dry and cheese was hard. I immediately refused to pay for the pizza and was, then offered remakes of both pizzas ordered. I asked for extra cheese and sauce and as a courtesy I was charged extra. Overall..I got what I came for and it was delicious!

As a rule we really enjoy their pizzas. They have several SPECIALTY to chose from. I love their veggie (pictured). We purchased 2 large one all meat one veggie. We could have bought just one . Roughly $25 but enjoyed every bite.

While waiting for my pizza I just witnessed an employee move something in the trashcan with a spatula and then immediately use the same spatula to move a pizza on the cutting block. Isn’t this a health code violation??? Wont be coming back

Ordered food online and we had to wait just a minute for it but let me tell you, it was worth it! The food was amazing and the chef was extremely polite, came out to check on us and make sure we were ok. Cashier was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in the door.
