Love the pizza, best in town. Normally don’t have any issues at all. Untill today. Ordered 2 pizzas 2 orders of wings and a grilled chicken salad. It wasn’t ready when we got there, we were asked to pull to the front door and they’d bring it to us, we watched them let it sit on the counter for about 5 minutes before we went back to the drive through to get it and the lady at window was like oh yeah y’all been out there waiting this whole time huh…my salad wasn’t made right…I got everything I didn’t want in it and nothing I selected to have in it and they forgot the chicken …

Oh my goodness!!! I have to share this!!! I am home bound for the most part right now and really wanted some great, thin crust pizza. Love crunchy crust. I went to their website and placed an order…honey lamb…it came so quickly, delivered by the most kind gentleman and was absolutely one of the best pizzas I have ever had!!! Thank you You will be hearing from me again!!!

The only thing that I would criticize is the app. It tends to glitch, is not very user friendly, is not a nightmare either, after a couple of tries you should be familiarized. Second, I find dishonest the rewards system. the discount coupons only works on big orders but if by any chance I want to order a regular $16.00 pizza, which becomes around a $23 with the delivery fee and taxes, if I use the 20% discount that they gave me, My order cannot go through because even though i would be paying around $18 it says they cannot validate the discount because is a less than $16 dollars order because the discount goes directly to the pizza. so in order to use the discount I either need to order carry out(my guess I never have tried it) which defeat the purpose of ordering through an app or make a bigger order which defeat the purpose of saving money. I’m sorry but in this Papa Johns is way ahead of you guys. with PJ I can use fully the rewards system without being forced to buy more. Other than that is a good pizza, and the delivery is average.

I ordered 2 pizzas and both were made wrong. After picking up the pizzas I start driving off and upon opening the lid I see a thin crust cheese pizza and a pizza with pepperoni only on half the pizza. I parked and took the cheese pizza back inside and jokingly said the new guy messed up the order. The worker behind the counter got snippy with me and said well he’s just a kid! And then says to me we all gotta start somewhere right?! Right?! In a louder than normal tone. I was thrown off by her rudeness and simply said yes. As I’m now waiting for my pizza to be made again she takes the cheese pizza and hands it to another customer and said it’s free without asking me if I wanted it. This whole exchange and attitude was completely uncalled for. Glennville Marcos can do better imo.
