After they delivered our pizza wrong, i got an almost $5 refund, the delivery fee, for bringing the wrong pizza pack to get the pizza we ordered (picky kids) and got half a pizza without cheese.

We normally love Marcos but something has changed the crust was like cardboard , i asked for pie cut, and it was square cut on one of them and the beef had a funny taste to it ! They got it there fast and it was hot but both were the worst pizza we have ever gotten from there

Absolutely terrible! I ordered here a month ago, my order was 2hours late! When I called they said the manager would deliver my order personally. Order was delivered. They said they were short staffed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a month later for delivery at 9:00 pm and at 9:30, no delivery. I call to check status and I was told my order is leaving the store now. 9:50 order delivered, but no bags just stacked on my front deck. I called the store because the pizza box was wet and clearly something was spilled and everything was cold and spoke to Kyle (the manager). Explained the situation and he said he spoke to his GM (Laurie Stezen) was what I was told and my order would be refunded. Not the point, but thanks Kyle. However, during this conversation no mention of hold on let me speak with my manager just silence, I thought he hung up on me. Just poor management, if after a month you are still having the same issues… get it together Marcos! I will not be ordering from this store again! Awful service! I did not eat this food and had to go out and get food elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting-IMO I would not order food from this establishment.

I called and placed an order at what I thought was the right location. After driving out of my way to the wrong location on Main Street,( canton highway, Marietta). The kid at the counter told me that I never called him and my order isn’t at that store. After asking if I can get my order there he again said that it wasn’t there and he can’t help.

By far the worst location ever! Why is it so hard to get orders correctly delivered? What’s the point of placing an online order; the crust toppers are never placed on the crust. And when you call them inquiring about your order, they’re so incompetent to answer simple questions.

I was coming here every single Sunday, for several months, as well as Holidays. Sadly, the last time I ordered from here the pizzas and cheese bread were inedible. I literally threw them away, and this order was my first meal out of the hospital after delivering my daughter. I refuse to ever order from a Marco’s again.

Came in to try the pizza because I heard good things about it. I understand busy is busy but when a customer walks in at least say hi or acknowledge I am there. I grabbed the menu on the counter since the screens weren’t on to show a menu. Watched several workers come in and the same guy answer the phone but no one talked to me to even take my order. I left because I lost my appetite.

Love, love, love Marcos Pizza. The meat lovers pizza is my absolute favorite. Always a good amount of meat and lots of gooey cheese. It’s a real mouth pleaser. I was a little surprised at tge price however. Prices all over have gone up so it really shouldn’t have been surprising. Convenient location.
