I love many of their pizzas, but the workers and the price leave a little (or a lot) to be desired. The employees seem younger than who I’ve seen before, and apparently don’t understand how the POS machine functions. I don’t see why my coupon wasn’t accepted when the other was, and they were both valid and from the same page. I’ll pay two separate transactions. If I’m dropping more than $50 at your shop, I expect you to work with me a little. I think I’ll be taking a break from Marco’s, I’ll try and work around Temple’s Around Towns Pizza odd hours before I go to a big name. The photo is showing Marco’s idea of “bacon on half.”

If I could give less than 0 stars then I would. Ow as fired from villa rica Marcos pizza last week while I was preparing to deliver my stillborn baby and they showed no remorse.

I decided to eat in the restaurant with my daughter. I was over charged and when I brought up to the manager she refused to investigate, she simply said I calculated wrong. While sitting in the restaurant I overheard a customer call in that they didn’t get some items the paid fir and they said they weren’t going to deliver just for some sauces even though the customer paid for it and it wasn’t delivered. I also overheard the manager speaking disrespectefully to the employees because and order was mistakenly given. This was not my first encounter with this manager as I’d come to this location before to return a extremely burnt pizza and she instantly was rude to me when I drove all the way back to get a new order. The pizza I recently ordered was fine, but the customer service was horrible.

We used to split our pizza eating between Marcos and Johnny’s but after awhile, we realized Marcos is just so much better and now only eat Marcos. They load on the toppings and that cheesy bread is amazing. The Salads are always loaded too. Great pizza place!

Poor customer service, unbelievable! Did not even want to give me a receipt. The woman came to my table to collect payment before the food even came. Then after she took my card she came back with the card and no receipt. When I asked where is my receipt, she responded”I didn’t know you wanted one”. Just unbelievable! I asked well don’t you need me to sign a copy she says “no “. Smh. The pizza came out and I wanted to just get up and leave but since I had already paid I let my kids eat. I felt bad because I wouldn’t even eat it but my kids wanted it. Shame on me for letting them eat it anyway. God knows I should of just left and went to Johnny’s. But if you have children who are spoiled like mines they would of been crying and screaming I’m hungry out the door. How does one half of the pizza feel hard and burnt? I wonder now was half of it old pizza? When I brought it to the managers attention she just looked dumb founded. Just ridiculous, I should have just left.

I’m like you, I want my pizza like I want it! Delivery has always been quick and my pizza, correct. Ordering in is quick, too. Staff listens to you. Everyone I’ve dealt with seems to really like their job. I really love to see that!!
