Bliss Way
Clean. Good customer service. Swift service today. 8/6/2023. Limited parking. Located in a plaza next to a gas station. Mainly known for their pizza and pizza bowls. They have other options. Dine in or take out. Delivery available. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup.

First time having anything from these guys, and I must say it was very good. The staff greeted us when we came in, and promptly took our order, and the food came out in a reasonable time. As far as sitting inside to eat, the lobby lighting was a bit dark for me, but I would definitely visit again to get food for carry out. We got a pepperoni pizza, hot wings, and a caesar salad. The pizza wasn’t bad, and the wings were good, my only issue was how small they were. My son ate the salad, and that is a huge compliment, as he is very picky. Overall not a bad experience to get some food, I would go back and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a new pizza spot.

I always come to this location because it’s fast and accurate! I get the same thing every time, and it’s ALWAYS consistent. The team here does a great job; this location is very popular from what I’ve observed. Shadi assisted me today, and his service and professionalism were impeccable. One can see why he is a manager as he leads by example and takes care of the customer from start to finish! Great food & excellent service makes for a winning combination in my book, and I look forward to going back again soon! Thank you to the Pleasant Hill team for always doing a wonderful job!

I wish I could remember the ladies name. We ordered our pizzas around 4pm or so and it was one of the most pleasant experiences me and wife have had in a long time. She is one of the positive people we see on undercover boss. I found the receipt and her name is Linda. Thanks for the follow-up.

I don’t know why I keep trying with this disaster of a location. Either the food is cold or in this most recent experience it never comes. When I called to cancel the order the young lady that answered the phone put the phone down and proceeded to put continue her conversation with others in the store. I literally had to hang up and call back. Smh.

Always wanted to try their pizza, usually see the commercials, but never had one close. It was everything I would hope for! I like even portions of bread, sauce, cheese & toppings. Reminds me of a NY style pizza.

I was hungry after being stuck on a plane for hours decided to pick up carry out at Marco’s pizza. I ordered a pepperoni & old pepperoni pizza and a sausage & pepper pizza. There was a good amount of cheese and toppings on the pizzas. The crust was okay.

I filed a complaint about a driver on APRIL 24th. A 45-50 year old white male who began yelling and curing profanity at me while in the parking lot with my 5 year old son in the car. He drove off quickly as I began following him to the store but he zoomed out the parking lot to the opposite direction. I made a u-turn to go to the Marcos Store to make a complaint. The staff inside a male manager EDDIE took his time to greet me and got upset the next week when I called to see what was the status of my report. He stated you called the corporate office let them handle it (something to that effect) I later filed a follow up complaint sometime in early June. FINALLY someone called me back JUNE 12th Mr ALIAS who I called back the next day. He was busy and said he would call me back when he got a free moment BUT I still have NOT heard back from him and it’s JULY 13th. I must say this cannot possibly be how corporate handles issues. I am getting more upset with the handling of this issue then the issue itself. I am very disappointed with this lack of good quality customer service from my neighborhood Marcos Pizza! About 7 attempts to get some kind of resolution and 3 Months later still NOTHING.
