New hires really don’t care about their jobs. Ever since one of the previous employees left, the quality has really gone downhill. New employees can not follow simple requests like extra sauces, crust topping, or general pizza recipes, including which sauces go on what pizza. The toppings are just bunched up in the middle, pizza came out extremely greasy, and I had to advise the employee of where to get the sauces. Will likely not be coming back anymore.

Does the good food make up for the atrocious service at Marco’s on Canton Road? I walked into the store to order a pizza. The cashier said sorry she was clocking out. There was a man boxing up the pizzas and two or three young men making pizzas. I was standing approximately 20 feet from them. After 3-5 minutes I asked if someone could help me. There was no answer, no acknowledgement, no eye contact. I waited another couple of minutes. Again I asked the same question and got the same results. I was completely ignored again. Finally, I walked out. I will never order from this Marco’s again! There is no excuse for the lack of service they provided!

Customer service awful. They never have delivery service which for a pizza place is ridiculous. They constantly have the delivery service turned off on the website. Sometimes they don’t have it turned off and then they cancel your order. Overall experience with this branch is terrible. Order elsewhere.

I purchased pizza and wings on 12/21/22, and the order was incorrect. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, he apologized and said I could return and he would replace the order. I told him it would be a 20-25 minute drive and I would return tomorrow-12/22/22. The medium pizza had the wrong toppings and we ordered 15 wings and received 10. He said I will give you 6 wings and the correct pizza. When we returned on the following day, I was told that we had 5 complaints listed and that he could not honor, what the manager had said. I immediately responded and said I never had 5 complaints. Then he said I would not lie, and then he said I will give you a deal, I told him I was not going to pay for another pizza. I told him I was going on social media and his response was ok “We have a 3 star rating”.This individual was unprofessional, rude and acted racist. I told him I will never purchase anything from this location ever again. There was another man in the store that walked from behind the register and sat in a booth, he never spoke. After I left the store my wife went in and he told her I was having a bad day. She attempted to explain the situation and he told her now you’re having a bad day and that I was going to try to help you and ask her to leave the store.He said he was the assistant manager. The customer service at this location is below a 1 star. The store location 3595 Canton Rd, Marietta.

Quality slowly decreasing since this location first opened. Last delivery of 2 pizzas on Dec 31 arrived slanted and squashed. I spoke to a nice manager who seemed frustrated with the delivery driver and nicely offered to replace the order or put a credit on our account. Called in today for our next order and found the credit was for $15, less than the cost of one of the 2 squashed pizzas. Going to explore other pizza options for a while.

I called in an order, waited for it, go in and they’ve lost the order. No one knew what happened until I reordered and got told that the girl up front remembered my but thought I was calling in to confirm my order. Waited another 20 minutes for them to remake the order and they still got it wrong. Won’t be back to this one ever again.

Great pizza but editing my initial review due to a poor customer service experience recently. I had an discount code which was not accepted during the online purchasing process. When I explained this upon picking up my order, and asked if I could have some kind of voucher or coupon or SOMETHING, the employee just provided excuses: That’s a corporate issue, etc. I have no authority over that, etc. The manager isn’t here, etc. I can’t do anything for you, etc. I mean, I get it, but A: they were short about it, agitated with me and B: at the very least could have invited me politely to come back when the manager is there or suggest I speak to corporate about it.
