I was there today to pick up pizza, and was offered a piece of chocolate and a bottle of cold water when I walked in, Amazing! But even better, service with a smile, we rarely see that now a days!! We ordered a few items tonight (#190244001), one of them was their 15 piece chicken dippers. We’ve ordered these before, and we did not get 15 pieces nor chicken dippers. They were the last crumbs left behind in the bag that should have been probably discarded.

I had just had a nightmare experience with the local Dominos, and called Marcos for a pizza. It was fast, delicious, and the driver, his name was Jadir or Jadiq or something, he was genuinely one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had deliver a pizza. Made with love, delivered with love, what more can you ask for?

I think Marco’s is the best New York style pizza in this area. I am actually from NY, so I wasn’t used to the huge difference in the pizza styles, like the sweeter sauce used at places like California Pizza Kitchen & Papa John’s. Many people prefer that, but I do not like that sweet sauce in pizza. The service at Marco’s is great & the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving Marco’s a try!

Under new management and it shows. The Pizza we ordered was wrong and burnt. We attempted to call multiple times to have a manager call us for either a refund or a new pizza delivered and all we were told was the manager just left and never received a callback. My husband tried to taste one slice just to see how bad it was or if it was OK to eat and it had a long black hair in it. We paid with cash so we were out the money and the pizza. Do you not eat here!!!!

We received a coupon from this location that they refused to honor. We have been loyal Marcos customers for years, but after this we will never again order anything from this location. In addition the manager Ali laughed at me when I asked if the location was corporate or individually owned before giving me the owners phone number. So I ordered from pizza hut who was actually more than willing to even honor the Marcos coupon. I will never again order from this location.
