Do not order delivery from this location on South Harrison! We ordered a pizza at 4:00pm, and it read on the app that it would arrive at 4:39pm. Well, at 4:35pm, it showed it was already “delivered”, but was not. Then, when we called about it not showing up, we were told that is what time they gave the pizza to Door Dash. We did not ask for Door Dash to bring it. Then Door Dash said it would be delivered at 5:21pm. Who wants a pizza that has been riding around for an hour and twenty one minutes? Smh

Ordered my pizza from marcos on sat Aug 12 for curbside pick up. Parked my car in front of the building not directly but on the left side because a car was on the other side.when that car left I was able to see directly in the building and they could see me.. my order was ready via tracker at 8:36pm. No customers were in the lobby.. no one came to deliver my pizza. Called the number and no answer was on hold for 7 mins and no answer. So now I had to get out of my car and take my baby out at night. I ordered curbside to not get out of my car. I go in and tell the employee my problem of waiting and then calling and no answer. He said they didn’t hear the phone. I ask for a manager and a rude male comes with no customer service at all. He didn’t apologize or try to do anything for a paying customer. He told me it’s nothing he can do and we didn’t see your car and repeated he still doesn’t see my car. He was very rude, short and sarcastic. He gave me the name TK when I had to ask several times and stated that it’s nobody else higher than him I can speak with. Something needs to be done about his horrible and rude customer service. I never have a problem at any other restaurant. The Manger on duty should be apologetic and something should be done if a customer has a problem. I will be contacting corporate on Monday because he was extremely rude!!

What a great experience. They didn’t forget any items! Which often happens with other delivery places. The delivery person was awesome. The cinnamon rolls were awesome. the pizza was awesome. You can tell they put in effort to make sure everything goes smoothly for the customer. Very refreshing to see. Y’all gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

If you call this location they will constantly make you wait on hold and continuously hang up. No matter how many times you call the same routine over and over. Then they answer the phone like they are irritated that you called and place you back on hold just to hang up on you. Someone in the district office needs to do a secret shopper call just to see how they handle customers.

I ordered from this location at least three times out of the month and have become increasingly disappointed with the level of food and customer service that I received at this location. The last time we ordered we were the last order of the night and doordash stole the order. The next morning when we called regarding the issue management gave us the runaround regarding the pizza and never even offered as a courtesy to give us another Pizza. They also did not issue a refund and made us go through the bank to file a dispute in order to receive the money back. Think twice b4 ordering

Very bad customer service!!!! Already contact corporate office. Manager on site on March 11th at 634pm very bad customer service. Half of my pizza was burnt, and I requested for it to be re made. He kept saying it was not burnt and said he was NOT going to re made it. Nasty attitude and terrible customer service. I can not believe he is a Manager!!!! Even the customer behind me said I should contact Corporate because I realize bad customer service. But this is the kicker: Went to another Marco’s location on Panola Road after leaving S. Hairston location , pizza was NOT burnt on any parts and I told the Marco’s associate about the my bad experience at the South Hairston location and she said and quote “We hear so many complaints about that location. We would have re made the pizza for you”
