It’s my first time ordering and eating from Marco’s pizza. The pizza was really good. I usually order from Pizza Hut and Papa John’s but I will most definitely be ordering more from Marco’s pizza. I picked up and my pizza was ready at a reasonable time. Recommend this location

The pizza was delivered poorly packaged meaning it was half open and placed on the porch of my home. It was half way out the box and slid out the front of the pizza box onto the ground face down as I lifted it up. There was nothing I could do to save it. I was told it was my fault. We can’t eat a pizza off the ground now. Called corporate and will report to BBB. Very upset by the whole ordeal.

I ordered a Lg Garden pizza at 7:02pm at the Dacula location. I was told delivery would be in 50 minutes. At 8:20 I called Marcos and was told it was on its way. I live 5 minutes away from store. At 8:35 I called back again and asked to speak to a manager. She got on the the phone and I told her I ordered over a 1 1/2 hours ago. She said well we have been very busy. I told her I was told 50 minutes for delivery. And I should be compensated for the delay. She said the pizza is on its way. I said so if you don’t think I should be compensated for the delay then I wouldn’t be ordering pizza from them anymore. She said do whatever you want and hung up. Pizza came 10 minutes later for a total of1 hour 50 minutes. Save yourself some frustration and order some where else!!!!

Door dashed an XL pepperoni pizza was a little greasy but we loved it! Also ordered the cinnamon roll dessert and it was delicious! Super soft and plenty! Ordered 2 because I figured for the$ it wasn’t a lot of rolls but it was plenty for our family w 5 kids.

The fact that I cannot leave a zero star rating is completely absurd to me because the actual rating that they should get at this Marco‘s Pizza is a negative star rating!! Management is completely rude and disrespectful. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears when I walked in to see and hear how disrespectful the husband and wife talk to their staff on more than one occasion, and let’s make this perfectly clear I’m not going in there frequently because their food is so great and grand!! This is not top shelf pizza! I’m going in there because of food delivery services. If it was personally up to me I’d tell everyone to never eat there just because they don’t know how to treat people. They hire young staff to belittle them and that’s just not right.This is not how we are supposed to be grooming our youth!! All that they are doing is teaching a new generation of children to be rude and disrespectful. Do better or get gone. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

I know I wrote a review, but for some reason I don’t see it. However what I do see are fake reviews. This place is horrible and the owners/managers are disrespectful. Served me a burnt pizza only to tell me they will not remake it. I said to be perfectly honest, I don’t want to argue. It’s okay not to make the pizza, please just refund. He agreed to do so, then slammed the drive through window in my face. Guess what, today the transaction is still on my account.
