Really I order a Caesar salad and got no dressing tell me it don’t come with dressing, that’s the point of a Caesar salad, called back and told me it would be 30 mins for a dressing and wanted to get hateful with me and argue with me and have serious attitude!! Tender well way over cooked,

So, the past two times I’ve called to place an order for pickup, my call gets forwarded to ‘hold’…. so I drive up there both times, while still on hold on my cell phone, and guess what? They are standing around talking to each other, while my call is still on hold. I order my pizza in person. Whyyyyyyyyyyy won’t they answer their phones??? To the manager: you would probably have more sales if the employees would answer the phone.

Order mixup, it was supposed to be delivery but it was changed to pick up, no big deal. I call down to the store to figure out what the best way to rectify the mishap. All I got was passing of the phone around to various team members, with no resolution. No manager to be found just a team leader that was rude and wouldn’t talk to me when I drive down to the store. I was willing to figure out a solution to the problem but the staff did not have the training or the willingness to find one. I finally asked for a refund and left the store. I’ve always had great experiences at Marcos, not sure why this one was exceptionally horrible. It was interesting though, the staff had to call their manager to void the order but they never thought of calling their manager to resolve the situation.

We had pizza from here before and it was good. This time it was absolutely terrible. I ordered it before hand with a pick up time of 3:45 p.m. I arrived right on time, the box was slightly warm and I figured they may have just put the pizza in the box. Oh no when I got home about 7 minutes later, this pizza was ice cold. The toppings were very minimal and it was dry . The prepticket was printed at 2:46 p.m., I hope that is not when they baked it, but for as cold as it was that’s a good possibly.

There are signs everywhere in multiple hotels in the area saying that this place and some others are complete scams with subpar food and have been known to steal credit and debit card numbers. Beware. Also they follow up by wanting my contact info? Absolutely not. If I was warned about this company stealing peoples identity why would you ask me for contact information?

My wife and I ordered a Pizza at 6:47 and was told it would be here by 7:17. Around 7:45, we called and they then told us they were having driver issues and it would be about 30 more minutes. We did get the pizza about 30 minutes later but it was obviously the one they cooked and hour and a half earlier. Disgusting……

We went 30 minutes before closing and the staff was nice and the Deluxe pizza we got was delicious. Even in the morning when we warmed it up was still so fresh.

I was on vacation in Myrtle and I order for me and my family 1xl pizza and large pizza the first delivery the pizzas was messed up. I called to tell them they offered to remake them. They did and the next ones came the same way the first one when I told the driver I was goin to call Marcos she said call them. So I did and the driver told the manager that I came after her no I didn’t but I didn’t get mad cause two different deliveries and both pizzas were messed up and the bad thing is their is video and pictures and she told the manager that the second time we went in room no honey we didn’t and it’s on video where you’re saying you don’t know what happen . I will never eat there again 41.00 down the drain!!!
