Order online, and the website gives you a time it will be ready. I went in 15 min after this time went by, and they said it would be 30 min. This was on a Thursday, and they were not busy. I don’t care if they estimated an hour, I’d wait in the comfort of my home, not in their uncomfortable lobby chairs. Every time I order, I end up sitting waiting in their lobby for the order to complete. They blamed this on the website, but i never have this issue with other pizza houses in town. I like their pizza, but until they can give me a good time, I won’t be back. Awful service, and they just don’t care.

Got an extra pizza that I didn’t order but was charged. Asked them to draw a kitty cat on the box since its national cat day and they didn’t. The pizza that we did order was good though.

Ordered their deal with 2 medium one topping pizzas and cheesy bread. The order took over an hour (which we expected), but when it finally got here, instead of cheesy bread we were given someone else’s subs. I was super sad because I’m pregnant and the cheesy bread was what I was craving. Waited so long for it to get here & I didn’t even get what I wanted. To top it off, I wanted garlic & pizza sauce that I ordered with it, and that wasn’t there either. Hope someone else at least enjoyed the cheesy bread!

We pick up Marcos fairly regularly. Usually a large deluxe pizza and a chicken cesar salad with extra dressing and a 2 liter of pepsi. I pay extra for extra dressing. Tonight, I sent my daughter in to grab the food while I waited at the curb and this is on the salad box. Also, the salad was made God only knows when. The crutons are mush. And there was only one dressing packet. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that until we were all the way home. And the pizza was lukewarm. Disappointed is putting it mildly.

Mediocre at best. My order arrived about an hour after placing it. The delivery guy seemed confused when I asked where the cheezy bread that I ordered was. He then reached in his small pizza bag and pulled out the ONLY other thing in there, my cheezy bread. There was no doubt this guy was going to go eat it in his car. But the pizza is the doozie. See attached picture. I’ll order elsewhere in the future.
