Whent is the Marcos pizza West Ashley ordered an extra large cheese pizza and a chicken Classico calzone I have ordered the same order no less than 20 times always ask who’s ever cooking to. Please put the packet of ranch inside the calzone or cooking it delayed he refused, insisting that she would not be putting ranch on my calzone, because that is not how she was trained to make it. I informed her that I had bought this exact same calzone no less than 20 times. She still said no, and would not make food the way I requested that so I will no longer be doing buy calzones, or any food from them

Visiting from California. First time visit. I was looking to order the Large Pepperoni Magnifico advertised on TV for $9.99. The cashier told me ‘oh, we don’t have that special here’. Through me off since the advertisement covers the local Charleston area. I ended up spending $12.99 + tax for a medium. The quality of the pizza is good. But because I was not able to get the TV advertised special, I’m not sure I’ll return. Why advertise a special if it can’t be honored.

My Friend had ordered a pizza at 6pm, said that it will be delivered to us at 6:56. We called around at 7pm asking where our delivery was, they said that she had just left. At 7:20 we called AGAIN and they said that the driver had car problems and will be leaving soon. We had to be somewhere at 7:30. Mind you I literally live 5 mins away. They did not call us or give us a heads up to tell us that she had car problems. We told them we could come and get it, we didn’t get an apology or discount. The disrespect. WACK.

A oid this place. 2nd time I placed an order and they can’t get it right. Never see a manager in this place and they never answer the phone. Just put it on hold and blow the customer off. Was a good place. Now Little Ceasars is the better deal.
