Why at 8:45 pm have I been hung up on twice after being told “we are no longer taking orders for the night”? Close is at 11pm. So what’s the problem? Poorly ran business. This is a management problem! This is the second and last issue I will ever have with Marcos in 1.5 years. I live right down the road and am appalled by this poor treatment of customer service. Will be calling corporate tomorrow as well. Completely uncalled for. Marcos get a handle on your store and your crew. Your community pays your bills.

Prices are high, but the pizza is so good. (You def get your moneys worth)I def do pick up instead of delivery, because sometimes it takes a super long time. I’ve prolly used them 30 times and they’ve only messed up my order 2 of those times. The kiddos love Marcos!

This was my first time ordering Marco’s pizza and I had a very pleasant experience. I ordered my pizza online with no hassle and I was impressed with the way I was able to customize my order. I ordered a “The Works” pizza with no cheese and I was extremely pleased with the presentation and taste of my food. I was very impressed with the fact that Marco’s was so generous with their toppings. Usually when I request no cheese from other pizza places, they skimp on the toppings so that the only ingredient that stands out is the tomato sauce and a crust that’s sometimes not so great. Marco’s on the other hand goes above and beyond and I had delicious toppings in every bite. Yay! I was also impressed with Marco’s crust. The garlic butter is a must have and it enhances the taste of the pizza. Although I love extra garlic butter on the side, I didn’t even have to dip my crust in it like I usually do with other places because the crust was quite tasty already. I also ordered buffalo wings and cinna bites for dessert which were very good as well. I wish to suggest for the future that Marco’s lines their pizza boxes with foil or parchment paper when extra garlic butter is added to the crust. This is because the oil seeps through and leaks from the box. I transported my pizza in my car and when I got home I discovered that the garlic butter leaked through the box onto my car seats and left stains that now cannot be removed. Other than that, I am extremely impressed with Marco’s and I will be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Marco’s Pizza has a reputation for being good and I have bought a good pizza there. But the last time I went there I ordered a medium with extra paste, however it did not have the extra paste and it was burnt. Really burnt to the point that it was dry and I didn’t check it so I didn’t know until I got home. And because I know that there was no way they could have boxed that up without seeing it I have decided not to patron the store anymore.
