I accidentally ordered my pizza at the wrong time for our baseball team. The staff realized it and called to verify when I really needed it. They went above and beyond! The pizza was great and delivered nice and hot. Excellent service!

This was my first time trying Marco’s and I was not disappointed. The pizza was delicious, the staff was professional and attentive and the pizza was just as good (if not better) the next day. I would rate this above all chain pizzerias and I hope they build more in my area.

The last half a dozen times I’ve tried to order online, there was no delivery. Pick up only. Hard to believe they can’t get drivers with UNCC right down the road. Domino’s still delivers though!

Best tasting commercial pizza chain, and the staff is respectful & responsive. It has gone through it’s cycles of better & worse teams over the past 5+ years (on a good streak right now ), and they get it right way more than they don’t and handle any issues if there’s truly a problem.

Great food and pizza, prices are reasonable, staff was very friendly, had the Italian sausage sub , very good , had a slice of pizza with 3 toppings , well worth the price , it was 2 times the size of a normal slice , thank you !

Unfortunately, I just spoke to Jay the “Manager ” who gave me the worst customer service I have experienced in the 2 years that I have been ordering from Marcos Pizza. He was rude and nasty and didn’t know about the prices or the food available while I was trying to place my order. He said he had chicken poppers available then while trying to tell him a sauce flavor He hung up the phone. I called back needing to cancel order that was started. Now I have to watch my bank to make sure I get a refund. SMH It is not okay to be a Jerk to clients who tip with every order. Email to corporate next.

I want to commend this location for staying calm while short staffed . One of the cooks continuously let those waiting know when they could expect their order. He also had to answer phones while driver delivered food and the phone rang non stop. I was impressed by the customer service shown and did not mind waiting for my order. May I also add that I still received the same great quality pizza. Please people have some patience with those working under staffed. Some people are working double and triple shifts or 7 days a week to keep their place of business afloat.
