We ordered pizza for dinner and ordered cinnasquares for dessert WHICH WASNT ON MY FRONT PORCH WITH THE REST OF THE FOOD. Which is fine it happens. But when we called it in they were extremely rude and said they FOR A FACT dropped it off WHICH THEY DIDNT OR I WOULDN’T BE CALLING. The employees called us liars and Said “I’m sure that my delivery person wouldn’t steal. We have a camera that shows it wasn’t dropped off. Customer service is awful.

We used to go here because one of my favorite pizza places was closed during covid but this place cooks their pizzas way too fast where most of the time they’re not completely done. Then we also stopped going during covid because we noticed nobody was wearing a mask in the kitchen and nobody was wearing gloves while prepping the food.

So I usually love Marcos and usually always go to this location. However, I was shocked to see an employee (young man in plain clothes) back where pizzas were prepped vaping. That was unprofessional to say the least. Then shortly after I confirmed my order was being prepared 4 younger individuals came out one girl was upset clearly and in the bushes alongside of the building looking for sometheing in the bushes. The boy who was vaping was following her helping look. It was apparent the girl was mad and 2 other young females who worked there followed her out and were in somewhat of a verbal dispute. It was just a lot going on only to get home and my daughter find the longest blonde hair on her cheese bread. Beyond gross. I wishI would have checked the food prior to leaving but it was in between so even if I had you wouldn’t have spent it until we broke it apart. I did call but I realize they were busy(line was busy) as it was the weekend so I discarded the bread and just wont go back to this location. Management needs to be aware structure is needed when hiring young teenagers and hairnets should be mandatory the visors don’t help apparently. And the vaping definitely should be band near any food prep.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Delivery took over a hour to be delivered in MH. Called store 3 times and the employee was extremely rude. Placed on 10min hold and 5 min hold throughout ordeal. Wish MH had more options. Jets Pizza would be nice!

Ordered one pizza online at 4:30 on a Monday for a 5:30 pickup. Showed up at 5:30, said they were running at least 30 mins behind. Finally got my pizza around 6:20.

The general manager at this location is a real jerk. The way he conducts himself and treats employees and customers is absolutely shameful. His customer service skills are non existent and I will never return to this location. As far as the pizza goes it is sub par at best and there are hundreds of pizza places in a 5 miles radius with the same or better quality. Save your self the headache and embarrassment of being treated like dirt and spend your hard earned money at any one of the other establishments that take pride in their product and customer service. Hope the owner realizes that the people who represent him/her are making them look like awful business.

After a long day at work around 7:30 pm I stopped in to order a calzone, I paid for it, walked outside for 10 minutes. When I came back in it wasn’t started yet (still no big deal). As the cook started getting my dough I noticed he wiped his nose with his bare hand and then started making the calzone. I then walked out and went home, I didn’t even want it. I just recommend that the cooks use gloves. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, just wanted to let you know.
