Ever since Marco’s opened at this location on Wake Forest we’ve been very happy with the service the staff and the food. Almost always it’s hot fresh and delivered quickly. Oftentimes we pick it up and it’s ready right when it needs to be and everybody in the store is friendly. We had one issue among our many orders and it was handled very professionally and maintained our trust as a customer. No complaints here!

This Marcos is clearly run by one of the best restaurant managers in the area. Many food industry managers “manage from afar”, but this location’s manager is *always* covered in flower from head to toe. I order from Marcos regularly, and I’ve also never seen him speak unnecessarily harshly to any of his employees. In fact, he’s always extremely polite (especially compared with other fast food restaurants). He also has somehow found some of the politest young staff members around. It’s saying something for them to be competing with Chic fil a for employee politeness!

Had some issues with an order here, but eventually it was satisfactorily resolved. The food we were able to eat was good, particularly the wings. I like Marcos a lot, so I’m glad we live in an area now with several options!

Been getting chicken here for a while now, first chicken wings I got were good. But next ones I bought were not well cooked, and appeared “raw” maybe it’s because I bought during holiday when they make a bunch and just pack them so that whenever an order comes though, but chicken should not look not well cooked.
