Today, Marco left the most dissatisfying disappointing disrespectful & distasteful service with me. As a customer being called a liar is saddening, especially when you have proof & receipt. I ordered 2 medium pizzas with cheesy bread & a 2 ltr Pepsi (that my husband forgot to get during pickup/takeout & nor was he reminded). Due to rain and the hurricane coming on top of living 4.5 miles away, I decided to call to if it was possible to receive a credit for the drink. I gave my name and phone number for the placed order, the person guy on the phone said they just received a new system and barely knew how to work it so it would be a minute, the representative then asked another coworker how to go about locating my order and the other person began saying loud and clear while laughing “she lying, cause they lying”several times as if something was hilarious. So, I said bet I will definitely ride up to the store. If this is how Marcos is being represented, how service is provided well there’s definitely work to be done and I sure do not mind providing feedback at all.

Never had any issues until last night. Just went last night and got sick after eating their pizza. Horrible stomach aches /runs /nausea you name it. not sure if it was the dough or bad hygiene. That was the only thing we ate different when we got sick. All night couldn’t sleep. Please avoid this place unless you want to get sick. Need a refund from Marcos Pizza ASAP. We had to throw away the entire pizzas. I’m not one to ever give any bad reviews or even reviews. But this, does it. Please stay safe, and eat at home cooked meals.

The Pepperoni Magnifico was absolutely fantastic, it was slammed with pepperoni. The sanitation grade is 96.5. Service was pretty good, I ordered within seconds of walking in. The big problem was the dining area. It was destroyed. When I walked in two employees were sitting on chairs behind the counter. My point is, they obviously had plenty of time to pick up the dining room. One of the tables had a pizza box with pizza sitting in the box.

In the past month or so pizza has went down. Called tonight to talk to the manager about the quality of pizza and tell her how they forgot to even cut the pizza she hung up on me after I told her I didn’t want nothing free but just wanted them to know how disappointing it is because we used to love the pizza. Dont have to worry about my business anymore.

So I ordered two pizza at 5:40pm to be delivered at 8pm , so at 8pm they had not came , so I called the store was told the driver would be here in 10 to 15 mins. After 30 mins I called back asked for a manager then was told driver was just now heading to me , so the first call they lied to me, now I asked how are they going to make this right , cause last time this happened I quite using them for at least 6 month. So she said they would credit my phone number. So when the pizza gets here the one that I had ordered no sauce, add white sauce of course that didn’t happen , so my pizza had tomato sauce and I can’t eat tomatoes do to having health issues so still up set. Least my husband and grand kids got to eat pizza tonight. I worked for pizza hut for many years it’s not hard to get a pizza made even when your busy , but when a customer orders it two and a half hours early you really should be able to make it and deliver it on time

Pizza was so good. My husband and i had the large pepperoni Magnifico and the cheesy bread. It was at my door in 30 min and everyone was really friendly. 10/10 will most definatly order again ^.^

Placed an order through Grubhub. After well over an than hour and past our estimated delivery window with multiple driver drops saying they couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone we called the store directly. Were put on hold for 5 minutes then someone picked up and we simply asked for the status of our Grubhub order. Without even giving our name they knew who was calling and asked us to hold again. After another 18 minutes on hold no one came back on. Note, while on hold we were communicating with Grubhub at the same time and they continued saying nobody from the store would pick up their calls. At that point while my wife was still on hold I then called from my phone to find out why we were being ignored. I was initially put on hold and after several minutes I hung up. Completely unacceptable. The fact you personally won’t deliver as far as Flowers is a joke, but that you will just put people on hold in the hopes they give up and cancel their order really speaks volume.
