The food always taste good. That said the wait times are completely inaccurate and usually take 3 to 4 times as long. On top of that they let you order delivery, wait 50 minutes and then refund your money and tell you carryout only. I used to love marcos but this was definitely a bad experience.

I gave this place a great review the first time. But the second and third were just horrible. Ordered 2 cheese steaks that were so small and over cooked. Asked to get larges instead. Didnt know the toppings were just added from the small sandwiches. Got all the way home and drove back for my money. Manager whom was were pajamas claims it’s corporates fault. I will not be returning to this location ever. Just messed up my entire dinner plans so I had to waste gas again to go cook something from the grocery store. Employees were dressed like the just off a corner. Bums using bathrooms and eating outside. Marcos should be ashamed to have this location represented this way.

Very minimal effort from management to make this place an acceptable business. It’s essentially a hangout spot where employees play fast and loose with basic rules and procedures. Don’t be surprised if your order gets cancelled or delayed for no discernable reason. Oh, and there’s basically no standard of cleanliness that’s observed by anyone. How they get a passing health code grade is baffling.

***REVISED REVIEW*** Decided to give Marcos another chance tonight after a really bad experience months ago. Pizza was perfectly cooked and very tasty…the staff was very welcoming and my pizza was ready when I arrived no wait…on a Saturday night no less…improvements are very much appreciated!!!

Food was great but the poor lady that was at this location was there by herself the so-called great manager walked out and left her there and she was just the driver so she had to make the food and everything so Marco’s Pizza management needs to step up and let people like this go and keep the ones that will work

I call them for an order and they wouldn’t make it because they claim they would be closed before I got there. So all of u know, I was sitting in the parking lot! I also work for Marco’s in another state, and I make sure100% everyone has a great experience!!! I am highly upset with the way I was treated!!!! If for no other reason but I told the boy who answered the phone that I work for Marco’s!!! Marco’s has great food, but if the service isn’t as good as the food, it ruins the entire experience!!!!

The service was okay the two ladies that was working and was nice I probably should have got a bigger Pizza but it was really good that only been to this one two times but I have no complaints about this restaurant it wasn’t too expensive for a pizza $14 for a medium I went to the dentist film and I had two crowns put in so I really could eat. I ate one piece it was good.

I had several friends tell me this is the best pizza chain around. So I finally tried it and placed my order through Grub Hub for pickup. I got there and they had no idea where my order was for about 10 minutes. Then they finally found it – already made and cooking in the oven. Wow! ♀️
