Firstly, I hate writing negative reviews, and try not to. We used to LOVE Marcos, (Iron Bridge Rd in Chesterfield) and were ordering a pizza for delivery at least once a week. They used to have coupons that made it more affordable to order frequently. Their online ordering and tracking was easy to use. The pizza always arrived on time or early, hot and really delicious—thin crust was crispy and perfect). So it pains me to now write a bad review. They changed the online ordering, it’s clunky, no tracking available like before, a “rewards” program but after buying 3 pizzas at $26.00 a pop (including tip and delivery) it isn’t affordable anymore, nor have I received any rewards/coupons. This is no slam to the people that work making the food, or handling the orders, or delivery drivers, but it is on the owners/management. The last two orders, our pizza has arrived late (45 min+) and was cold (almost inedible, even after heating it up). The last delivery was the worst. We called after almost an hour, and were told the driver had other deliveries but ours was in the same run (!). Why are we getting cold pizza because a delivery driver has more than one stop to make? Sorry Marcos, no more pizza orders from us. 🙁

I ordered online and they got it all wrong, traditional wings came as boneless with sauce on the side and I ordered white sauce pizza and got regular marinara sauce. It also took 15 minutes past the delivery time. So I am definitely not a fan of this Marcos pizza

Absolutely horrible! Waited almost 2 hours for our food and all of it was wrong. Everything we ordered was wrong. All of it. The food was cold and gross. Seriously nasty. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes at this point. As I tried to make a call and it’s not working I went to make a formal complaint. Well the “feedback” button doesn’t work it just redirects to order. Honestly don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Better. Because this is nasty. The wait is insane. And the service is basically non existent. Oh and your food will be wrong. We spent $60 and it was a complete waste. Don’t bother.

So unhappy with my order! I was quoted 30 minutes and it took 2 hours for me to get my pizza. It was past my kids bed time when the pizza arrived. Never have I ever waited this long for a pizza. They will not get my business anymore. Customer service sucks, was hung up on when calling the second time. Just horrible. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get my pizza. This is the second order that is overdone. Food quality is bad. The people working there were nice and trying but the oven is turned up to high. Don’t give you the receipt with survey any longer. I went to the feedback website and it send you to the ordering page for this location. Sent corporate info on Twitter and they claim someone would contact me but no response.

The pizza was ready EXACTLY when they said it would be, wait time was great. Pizza looked like it had been cut by Freddy Krueger after a night of heaving drinking. The pizza taste reminded me of 4th grade school cafeteria pizza…would def lose in a pizza battle against the 5$ janks from Little Ceasers. Even the box was poorly put together and fell apart on my counter at home. I paid 20$ (after a 2$ tip on a pick up) for a pizza that was worse than a Red Baron frozen boi.

Marco’s Pizza is more flavorful than most pizza chains. The Iron Bridge Rd location provides very good pizza varieties and fast and accurate service. Highly recommend.

I got the chicken sub with some extra meat added. Didn’t have time to pickup so I ordered it through door dash and the sub was still hot when I got it. Tasted fantastic and will absolutely be buying from here again.

My pizza came to me like this, the wings were not well done as I asked. I spoke with someone named Tristan (assistant store manager) & explain how dissatisfied with my order, he stated the wings were done to Marcos standard and there was nothing he can do to help. He continued to go on about the store standards. I did not get a offer of replacement, not an offer to bring the order back for a refund. Marcos is one my favorites, but the food has been slacking lately.
