They took the pizza out almost in time. It was slightly burnt. The pizza was ok and it wasn’t the worst I had. I was kind of disappointed on the wings because the last time I ordered them they were hot. This time they kind of taste like leftovers. I picked it up the exact time the ubereats app said it was ready. For this reason I felt like it should have been hot.

So I live in the area my kids love the sausage pizza I will say this the customer service can definitely use some adjusting the young lady that works the counter is very rude the other guy flirts with u the whole time he’s taking your order very unprofessional I do enjoy the music when I come in it’s very soothing and I’ve never had a problem with food and also the cheesy bread is awesome and I gave u guys a 2 star for atmosphere because of the aggressive panhandlers outside of the door

Staff and Manager are a joke. They didn’t greet any customers for at least 15 minutes, the whole time you could hear the staff in the back using explicit language. When they finally responded to the guests, he done in a very condensing tone and rudely. When I asked for the owner/operator number, he refused to give it. By far this is the worst Marco’s location and experience I’ve ever visited, if i could taste it negative stars, i would. Absolute trash for employees and management

I love Marco’s pizza , just not this location. I was put on hold for almost 10 min after I told the guy I was calling for a replacement order , for a order they messed up before . Then he came back on and said why are you on hold. I heard them in the back ground while on hold cursing and talking about other customers. Also the guys customer service was on 0%. Didn’t feel like my business was appreciated at all. This is my second bad experience with this one store. Love the food , but might have to just stick to dominos. Marco’s has always been a good brand and had great food in my opinion , but these workers are really going to destroy your company’s reputation name. The only one that I’ve spoke with that was concerned with my experience was Mrs. D . Thanks to her.

Been wanting to try for a long time. Was able to and it was worth the wait. Best pizza in this town. Better than pizza hut, dominoes and any other main stream pizza parlor. Only problem is we need one closer in Hampton. On mercury somewhere. That’s my only complaint. Keep using quality ingredients and making pizza that u would eat.

Placed order online 11/22/22 at 12:40 put all toppings up there and then had to wait for them to remake order then was advised by cook its my fault he made the order wrong and he showed me the receipt with my exact order and said he didn’t read the bottom of the receipt. I asked could I have the messed up pizza too due to the fact I had to wait an additional 30 mins he said it was fault the messed up in the first place. Great customer service, great service. The food is amazing when order done correctly but they often get orders wrong and very unprofessional. Try else where.
