This place Marcos Pizza in Clinton MD have very poor customer service and is unsanitary. I placed an order online and when I arrived they told me that my order will be ready at best in 20 minutes. There are 7 orders in front of mines. I told them I could not wait and need to get back to work. I would like a refund. The cashier told the Manger and I over heard him said I had to wait and proceeded to make the pizza any way. After another 20 minutes of waiting I had to call another location to ask a manager to walk them through a refund. That’s when he finally gave me a refund. He also did not have gloves on, and no hair net for his long dreads. Now I’m 20 minutes late for work without lunch. Very poor customer service. I guess this is what we have to deal with due to employee work shortage

This Marcos location is always good, no complaints and great pizza! The old world pepperoni is amazing with jalapeños! Also, the cheese bread is excellent, they just need to do a better job of cutting the pizza/ bread, I always have to end up doing it! I do wish that they delivered to Andrews Air Force Base though!

I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight, but when I called to inquire about it, I was told it had been delivered 15 minutes before my call. However, I never heard the doorbell, and when I opened the box, it was full of ants. I immediately disposed of the pizza and contacted the store, but the manager demanded pictures of the ants, which I couldn’t provide as I had thrown the pizza away. Despite being a repeat customer, I won’t return to this store.

Marco’s the brand is awesome. As a Toledoan (where it is headquartered), I grew up with this pizza. I was excited to learn that it had finally made its way to the east coast. I have tried this location THREE times. Each time has been worse than the previous. First, they refuse to honor any online deals that are a staple of Marco’s. Second, They staff this location with workers who are wholly ghetto, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The managers are unwilling to correct the behavior so they need to be fired too. This location is So far from the brand I grew up with and how it operates in its home city and state that it is unrecognizable. Today, my husband went in and the employee refused to honor the discounts on the website. Without any reason, they flat out refused. He then quoted him one price and charged him another. When he noticed that on the receipt he tried to get a refund for the difference. The employee was toxic and disrespectful to my husband. This boy is a reason people get violent in this area. It was uncalled for and totally disrepsectful. The manager endorsed this behavior and refunded my husband’s money and refused to serve us. There was no effort to correct the behavior. There was no attempt to maintain a 45 year customer of Marco’s.

Ordered a XLarge Pizza today. The cashier charges me the wrong price. Became disrespectful when I pointed it out. Then the female working in the store refused to fix my order and voiddd out my order and told me I couldn’t purchase a pizza from that Marco. Totally unacceptable. The manager on duty CJ did not resolve the situation and allowed the employees to run wind. I will never go to this store again and I’m also letting corporate know they also don’t honor and online coupons from corporate either in this location.

Visited the Clinton, Md store on 4/16. This was my first time eating from this establishment. I wasn’t to impress I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage, and tangy bbq wings. To be honest I’m not sure if I was eating DiGorno or another some other brand. The wing were just drench in Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. Marcos didn’t get cool points from on this. But if there were to go back a retry there formula I think it will be better off. I will zone it 2 stars for not being original, and lack of ingredients. I think it does have potential to be a leading restaurant in the area, but unfortunately it fail short today… I won’t tell someone not to order from here, but I would say look at othe pizza establishment before committing to dine here.
