Food is great but the service is horrible. I placed an order online but it sent the wrong order. When I got to the store, the cashier rings me up and tells me it’s going to cost another $9 for me to get a large pizza. Then she tells me that I’m the 3rd person this has happened to today. Instead of offering a discount for the inconvenience, since this is clearly a problem on their end, she tells me they’ll have to remake the pizza. At this point, I just took the small pizza and paid their ridiculous prices. As I was sitting there feeding my kids, she offered another customer a free pizza for the same issue… I wasn’t offered anything! This restaurant has always been poorly run and they’re always short on help. Not to mention the fact they raise prices very frequently. Will never come back to this location.

This was my second time here. Pizza was excellent. I was greeted by two employees and that was nice. I recently moved in the area over 7 miles away but I am going to come back here just for pizza. Eventually I am going to try other foods too, place looks nice and in the weekends it’s crowded. Today I tried their Founder’s Select Pizza, comes with sausage pepperoni and mushrooms. I tell you, this is the best tasting pizza in the area I ever had. This one is going to be our favorite one don’t have to ask them for any extra cheese, saus or anything comes perfectly made and can’t stop eating. I by pass several pizza places and restaurants to come here. Thanks Marco’s! One extra star for your employees.

They forgot the large cheese we ordered for the kids. The driver called the store and they immediately answered. Said they would make a fresh one and send it right out. We called right after and they put us on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever answered. I was hoping the driver actually took care of it but after another 30 minutes of waiting I called the store and they had no idea what I was talking about. The guy who answered said they needed another 30 minutes just to make the pizza and then wait for a driver. The manager Sarah then gets on the phone to explain they don’t have enough drivers.

Our pizzas were undercooked. The philly steak pizza had too much mushrooms and very little steak and was soggy. The pepperoni pizza as you can see, the pepperoni meat was undercooked and soft. We also ordered cheesybread and the inside was raw dough. It was not edible and our dinner was disappointing.

None of the workers wear gloves at this store?? They’re making pizzas and salads with their bare hands. Pizza is great but I don’t know what’s under their fingernails…. I threw my entire order in the trash. No thank you.

Very disappointing for the Marcos brand. Ordered delivery and the pizza was below par, the family sized chef salad was horrible and had maybe 6 half slices of meat and cheese on it and practically a whole onion! Maybe it was an off night for them and the quality control? “The Italian Way” … not so much today.
