Great spot to stop in and grab some delicious food. The service is fantastic, and the owner takes pride in his food. This was one of the best bourbon burgers I’ve had, and the fries were fabulous! The Mrs had the Bardstown bambino, which is basically a muffuletta, and it was loaded with meat!! The couple with us had the chili dogs and chicken sandwich. Everyone was happy with their selections, and all agreed this would be a return visit!

We’re local and decided to try this new spot for lunch after hearing great things. Some things I noticed when we first got there that could be improved: 1) The young man taking orders could greet customers as they come in, he didn’t say anything until we placed our order (a “hello” goes a long way and makes people feel welcome) 2) The front dining area floor and a couple of the tables were a little messy and could have been cleared considering they opened at 11:30 and we stopped by at 1:30 and the place wasn’t busy.

I had the pulled pork sandwich with bow tie pasta and it was excellent! The bow tie pasta was phenomenal! We also ordered the bambino sandwich which was excellent! Definitely a five star. I look forward to returning and trying more food next time we are in town.

Visited 07/13 for the first time, the club sandwich is the best one I have ever had. My husband is picky and loved the Bourbon burger. The fries are also very good, love the seasoning on them. This will definitely be a place we get food from often

First time traveling to Kentucky and everyone I know was raving about this place! The food is absolutely amazing! I got the limoncello cake, chicken pesto panini and the Chicago hot dog. I enjoyed every single bite. The staff are very welcoming! Will definitely be coming back here next time I visit! Thank you again!

Passing through. Owner and team are great. Deserves all the 5s it gets. Beer and wine coming soon. Had the mushroom Swiss burger and bow tie pasta salad. Homemade and WAAAAYYYY better than fast food.

I stopped by Marcella’s for the first time tonight and ordered a caprese panini, the Amish style macaroni, and bowtie pasta salad. Everything was so delicious!!! The panini was sweet and cheesy with a nice pop of freshness from the basil, the Amish style macaroni had a delicious creamy dressing, and the bowtie pasta salad had an addicting zingy flavor from the feta and lemon juice. I’m so excited to come back and try more of the food! For some reason when I Google “Marcella’s Bardstown” their Facebook doesn’t automatically show up, so I hope to see them around more on social media (and maybe on Instagram, too) – I definitely want this place to stick around for a long time!
