Drove a hour to eat here and it didn’t disappoint. My husband would brag about these burgers he’d get when he was working on a job over in sulfer. So one day we took the drive and HOLY MOTHER OF EVERYTHING best dang burgers I’ve ever had. May I say even better then my mawmaws I was in heaven. You know it’s good when when it’s super messy & they definitely don’t skimp on toppings or sauce. Don’t pass up this hole in the wall burger spot.

My company sent me to the Lake Charles, LA area for work. I decided I wanted a good burger and decided to stop in at Maplewood! I have not regretted it for one second. Hands down one of the BEST best burgers I’ve had. I got the stuffed mushroom Swiss wrapped in lettuce. If you have the chance to eat here… Do it.. and I really hope to see yall on Bourbon St. SOON!! NOLA needs Maplewood Burgers!!!!

Found our new burger stop! Maplewood has a great menu of stuffed burgers, wraps, a solid kid menu and drool-worthy shakes. The staff was friendly, highly attentive and passionate about their food. They accommodated special requests and we left stuffed!

We were originally heading to a place that wound up being closed, so we got on Google and just started searching. Came across this little place and decided to try it out. When you first get there you may 2nd guess your decision.. DON’T! GO IN AND ORDER! The burgers were SO GOOD! We got the stuffed brisket and the Mac n cheese burgers. The Mac n cheese has got some spice to it, but not bad. They were both very good! Later we went back and got shakes and they were very good as well. The people were very nice. We would definitely come back!

We were in town for a bodybuilding competition and looking for a nice bog burger. Maplewood Burgers did not disappoint! Not only was the service extremely friendly and helpful, but the burger was also about the best I have ever had! Stuffed with bacon and mushrooms with the perfect amount of cheese! Everything was perfect! Driving up we were a little apprehensive because it’s slightly off the main road but don’t let that stop you from an amazing burger! We drive through here from time to time… now we have a new tradition!
