I love that they are late night but the menu in stores and the menus they advertise online don’t match. My pizza was 15 bucks online and somehow it became 18.69. And then it became 19.20. I’m just confused about why things were different across different platforms. A small pizza shouldn’t be 20 bucks anywhere. 2 jumbo slices would have been probably more food at only 12. You guys have the signage outside and on the posters in the store but yet we can’t come to an accord? If it wasn’t for the fact I just got off work I would have asked for a manager and or corporate. But the guy behind the counter was giving me too much attitude for me just asking questions about why there were differences and I didn’t want to cause a scene so I went ahead and paid. But I’ve been coming to mannys for years and things have always been very clear. But it is what is I guess but I think you guys should have properly advertised all prices correctly on all platforms… including the phone. Because I could have ordered delivery for 20 bucks but I had to pick it up for 19.20. That’s outrageous. And I don’t need attitude for trying to ask questions.

I saw a cook drop chicken wing as she was preparing a chicken order. And was going to place it back in the silver container that holds their cooked wings. I had to tell the guy taking to orders telling him it’s trash and he put it in the trash. I got a veggie slice and she made me a slice with a salad on it topped with melted cheese. And then she made a pizza for a guy who do not eat pork! A pepperoni pizza slice!

Every time I have ordered from here, it has been top notch. Whether it’s 4 am or 6 pm, the food is always consistent and not once have they messed up my order. Not to mention their carrot cake is #bussinrespectfully. Love manny and olga for creating this fantastic DC establishment.

Food is moderately priced (3 stars) and mediocre quality (2 stars). Service is terrible, though, particularly delivery (negative stars). More than once a simple order (two items) in close proximity has taken 90m+ to arrive or has not been delivered at all. Their go to resolution for any delivery issue is to simply cancel your order, and if you do not follow up, they will not reverse the charge to your credit card after cancelling your order. They never try to make things right, so it is always a roll of the dice here. Have learned not to tip in advance and to check the charges to my card carefully. Always seem to have a better experience with Pizza Boli’s for similar cost.

The text to order wasn’t followed as texted. They had terrible customer service with rude and nasty cashier. They hung up on me 4 times and wouldn’t refund my money after getting the order incorrect. They didn’t want to correct their wrong. I will never return here!
