A little disappointed in this… The bagels are good, but what goes on the bagels is lacking. Didn’t get much cream cheese the first go around, but decided to try again, and got the same results. Also the sausage, egg and cheese wasn’t really a sausage egg and cheese. At least the porkroll was good.

I was excited when they opened, best bagels around here. Then the problems arose. After placing my order& paying for them I was informed they were out of plain bagels. This happened numerous times! Now this is 9:30-10 in the morning! I have an idea, if you run out that early in the morning you should make more plain! Also I’d like to know why you charge tax on a bag bagels to go. I believe if you prepare them with butter, cream cheese etc. then they would be taxable. I hear people commenting about that. I called another bagel store and they DO NOT charge sales tax on a bag of bagels to go so I don’t understand why you do.

Wonderful bagels and more! Family feel. Friendly staff! Even more impressive that the server who took my order also helped me carry my bags of bagels to my car! That isn’t something you encounter often. Highly recommended!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I’ve given manna so many chances. It seems every screw up became worse than the last. I order breakfast for my family this morning and everything was burnt. One of the owners tried to argue with me asking if I wanted it toasted. She told me I wouldn’t get a refund if I didn’t bring the bagels back, when I did all she wanted to do was argue. She rolled her eyes and scoffed in my face. I’ve worked in food service 10 years and haven’t seen anything so egregious. Terrible customer service and my family will never return. We gave this business every opportunity to redeem themselves and gave them the benefit of the doubt because they’re new. Now that I see how ownership behaves, it’s doesn’t surprise me that their quality is what it is. STAY AWAY!

Had lunch here recently and it was fantastic!! The new owners are wonderful people who did an amazing job renovating this old neighborhood building. The bagels are top notch and some of the best I have had! Add in the delicious coffee from the owners farm in Costa Rica and you can’t go wrong! We will be coming back often!

I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with butter. The bagel itself was ok, it had less than 1/2 the sesame seeds I was expecting, it has a decent amount of butter, but wasn’t really toasted, more like warmed up.

I went after work today to try it around 1 pm as i was in the mood for a bagel and their bagels were DELICIOUS and still fresh. I ordered the asiago w cream cheese and got a plain bagel sausage egg and cheese sandwich for the husband and he too loved it. Sorry i forgot to take pics this time but next time i will. The owner and staff were above 5 stars. I have their coffee which is from Costa Rica. Cant wait to try it

Food is fine. Customer service is where they lose me as a customer. They messed up a couple of item (gave me something I did not order and left out 2 plain bagels which I did). I ordered from the app and dealt with their customer service since the shop did not answer the phone. The store refused to admit that they packed the order correctly. So for $4 in missing bagels they’re losing a customer and any recommendations.
