Absolutely impressed by this quiet and quaint restaurant. Lovely staff, linen table cloth, real candles and they even had my organic wine from Mendoza! The server recommended the vegetarian appetizer, Aloo Tikki Chat which was an amazing dish of all types of delightful flavors. I was here circa 6pm and had the entire restaurant to myself. A superior Indian restaurant with white linen table cloth service— and napkins. Truly a feast for the senses. Delectable dishes that spoils anyone at any age and keeps them them coming back for more. Situated on Broadway on the upper Westside it’s a lively spot with a veranda front glass enclosure upon entry into the main dining area. Like walking into a ballroom it has a spectacular moment inside it’s spaciousness. The menu’s expansive selection is replete with everything that’s popular with great Indian cuisine both vegan and non-vegan entrees. A definite place for romantic dinner dates and family gathering spots. Hard to pass up a really extraordinarily wonderful experience even when dining solo …simply perfect.

I visited twice. The first time last week at 11am. I was greeted by a young woman who was very accommodating. Good service. Mind you!!! The restaurant opens at 11.30 despite it saying that it opens at 10:45am. Overall good experience.

The main course I ordered was very bad, so I called the servant to advise her of the situation. She said she can’t do much about because the boss has left and she said she will give me 10% discount. I told her I can’t eat this food and she didn’t offer an alternative choice. So I paid and left.
