So we ordered a “grilled Chicken Caesar Salad” and we got a house salad with grilled chicken. Now, I understand these things happen and is not the reason for the low review. It was how the manager handled it. So when it was brought to their attention, the response was “You should have ordered a “Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken!” and that “you should be more careful next time, because I wont do this again.” We then got a Caesar Salad and the other Salad so we can move the chicken over…….I mean….huh?

I placed an order on grubhub for the first time and employees from this restaurant called me personally and asked how I’m going to tip them. I stated I left a tip on the app. I heard someone in the background yell “NOT THE DRIVER. US”. I explained that the app doesn’t have a way to tip the actual restaurant. They were aggressive and annoyed.

Average pizza for an exorbitant price. Ordered for delivery and was delighted that the staff in the store handling the order were very friendly and helpful. The pizza arrived a few minutes early, which was nice, but it wasn’t exactly piping hot. The delivery driver refused to leave the side of his car like every other delivery driver, insisting that we come out to meet him. And then he demanded a tip despite failing to show basic common courtesy. It was equal parts hilarious and appalling. Definitely not going to order for delivery again and overall this is not going to be my first choice for pizza in Urbana.

I have a hard time recommending this place now. The last few times we got pizza it was more akin to a flat bread with almost nonexistent sauce. I made a comment in person and left a comment on my online order but nothing had changed. I have no idea what happened, but the pizza used to be way better.

Staff was not thrilled to wait on anyone. No ice, soda machine did not work and charged us for a fountain but handed us a canned drink. Food was less than appealing.

We have placed many large orders for a local school and Manhattan, specifically their manager, Sumi, is ALWAYS accommodating- opening early to get pizzas made on time for our early lunches and never with any hesitation. She is very friendly and kind, and is a dream to work with- she is one of the reasons we continue to come back, although the tasty pizza helps, too. Thank you, Manhattan & Sumi!

Glad to see the store open again for sit down dining. Staff was friendly and attentive. They had a great lunch special of 2 slices of pizza and a drink for about 6 bucks, what a deal. I added a fresh salad, and look at the size of that slice of pizza. Thanks for the 5 star experience!
