I stopped in for some meatballs & marinara and a couple of slices of pizza. Service was friendly and fast. The meatballs were plentiful, tasted good and were in a good sauce. I had a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni. The pizza is a very thin crust and wasn’t particularly crispy but was a solid imitation of NY-style pizza. The cheese and sauce were kind of flavorless. The slice of pepperoni was about the same but the crispy pepperoni was a little spicy.

If you ask for extra sauce, be prepared to have only about half the cheese as well. Literally. There will be almost whole slices missing cheese completely and the store doesn’t care to correct it.

Tonight, I called the warrenton store and gave our phone number, the man who answered the phone asked if we were associated with a certain address, we SPECIFICALLY advised NO and to DELETE that address out and to add our correct address in. Then, I ordered a pizza for my family, at 7:55 pm. At 9:04 we called to check where the pizza was. The man who answered said “it should be there soon” and hung up. At about 9:20 I received another call from the delivery driver, saying he was having trouble find the house. After providing our address again, twice, he realized he went to the address we specifically advised to DELETE. I called the store back, told them this, and asked that they refund the order because of this inconvenience. They said not a problem. 20+ minutes later I called back as the pizza still had not arrived, and they advised the order was cancelled! I said, no. it was refunded.. because of THEIR mistake and 2 hours later I haven’t received my order. The man on the phone said exactly “you can argue with me all you want but the order was cancelled and it’s not come to you.” I asked what happened to the order that was out for delivery at the wrong address?? He said it went back to the store, and he refused to send it back out. TERRIBLE customer service. I have experienced this time and time again here and have repeatedly given them another chance.

Cold, old pizza. We ate in and part of our order never came. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes to be told it will just be a minute but never came. My family was done eating so we left and never got the food we paid for. I guess after they get your money, it’s no longer their problem. Avoid this place. Manhattan Pizza is usually good but this place is a disaster.

Despite the consistently timely delivery, what arrives has been less than desirable. Pizzas mashed against one side of the box as if carried on its side. Pizza cut into a number of uneven, mangled, mis-shapen bits. Altogether, undesirable.
