Mangal Menu – Anaheim, CA

Type : Mediterranean restaurant

Location : Anaheim, CA

Many will tell you that we specialize in mostly kibbeh and kabob, but we also serve vegetarian and vegan platters to make everyone feel at home, meat and non-meat eaters alike. We feel that there is a part of the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine that has not gotten the exposure it should get, especially restaurants in Anaheim, and we hope to change that with

The food is delicious and it’s healthy. After your done eating it you don’t feel heavy and tired. I enjoyed the chicken kabob.

Perfect portion size and the salad was delicious & super crunchy! But the pita bread was a bit tough and cold.

Hello first time here had the best chicken

The place looks good at first glance. They have a nice section of middle eastern menu. We were the only customer at the time of transaction. The design and decoration of the place is kind of nice. That’s all about being nice. They are lacking most of the menu items including humus, kibbeh, any type of salad, beef borek, regular babaganus, probably the other stuff we did not asked for. They don’t have plastic cups for the soda. The tables and floors are super dirty. We asked someone to clean it. The cashier came along sweeps the table surface down to the floor. You can see how the floor was like from the pics. That’s not how you clean dude. During the COVID times and in general that’s a red flag for the general hygiene. I don’t know what is going on at the kitchen probably would not like to know. They may be under stuffed or have some supply shortage but they could have update the menu accordingly, have some plastic cups and would have clean the floor with a sweeper.

Packing House is beautiful, great atmosphere. We had the absolute best experience at Mangal. Truly excellent customer service. The food was amazing and we went back for the Lemon Mint juice. Highly recommended.

Got here recently and really liked the food. Service was a lil slow but didn’t mind. If it’s busy it prob be different, but the multiple times I’ve come def thought it was worth it and will come back again.

This place has the best hummus ever. The spicy hummus has a kick to it. I tried the Kafta with rice and salad. It came w hummus and pita and you have a choice of garlic, tahini, or taziki sauce. Approx $12.

This place is inside the packing district. I got the kofta plate. Kofta was on the dry side. Pita bread was cheaper quality of something you can buy at the grocery stores. The rice is different and not the typical middle eastern flavor. The spicy hummus was creamy and yummy! Overall it was decent for quick bite to eat.
