I don’t usually do this, but my experience in one word, Horrible. Waiting 40 minutes for an order placed over the phone. 10 min before anyone even acknowledged i was there. Instead the woman was pulling bags and grabbing sauce. I had to yell just to get her to come talk to me. Then ignored me and continued grabbing bags while i waited for my card to leave. Got home to find my chicken raw. I called for a refund for the same woman to argue with me for 5 minutes on whether I deserve a refund or not. Absolute trash. Millington mandarin wok is SO MUCH better. I see a history or them serving raw chicken. Seems they need an inspection

They messed up our order. Instead of chicken chow mein with soft noodles like they said it would be, they gave me raw chicken and cabbage in water. It was also full of cabbage with very little chicken, so I added some rice and crispy noodles. The food was very flavorless and did not look or smell good. They were very rude on the phone as we explained what happened and kept talking over us. This was our first time here and it was a terrible experience.

Food was good. They got my order mixed up. Of course I have some trouble communicating and understanding so it may not be their fault. Same old atmosphere it’s been for 20 years. I will end up buying from them for another 20 years.

Food is good. Maybe I’m the problem, but what is the point of calling in an order or ordering online if you still have an extremely long wait every time you visit? I ordered today at 6:45 arrived at 7, it’s now 7:16 and my wontons just went into the grease.

Paid over 40 dollars for shrimp fried rice, egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken. The egg rolls and chicken were so old, greasy and tough. Sweet and sour chicken is usually my favorite but I couldn’t even eat it. It’s just ridiculous to pay that much for some chicken that I know has been sitting under a light for several hours.

They’re too busy for the amount of staff they have working the register. Horrible customer service.

This place is in business because they have NO competition in the Munford/Atoka area. The food is disgusting!! If you know real Chinese Food, the food here is literally thrown together. I have tried several items, just garbage! And the customer service is terrible too. The Mandarin Wok in Millington is better. But, to get some really good Chinese, you have to go to Memphis. There are still a few gems in Memphis. But, real Chinese food is hard to come by because their calling it all “Asian” food. But, Chinese food uses vegetables like Bok Choy, Napa Cabbage , Bamboo Shoots, Water Chestnuts, Bean Sprouts, Snow Peas, Mushrooms, etc. Most restaurants don’t use these veggies. When you call a restaurant that say they have Chinese food. Ask if they have sweet n sour sauce, duck sauce and hot mustard. If they don’t, it’s NOT Chinese.

Over time, we’ve noticed a decline in the food quality and no longer order there. The inside has become exceedingly unkept…filthy ceiling water damage, boxes stored in eating area.We take the longer drive to Ming’s for pickup now.
