Called 30 minutes ahead for a carry out order so it would be ready when I got there. Tried to pay for it over the phone but the cashier said they didn’t know how. When I got there there was no record of my order. They offered to remake it but with the line out the door it was going to take over an hour. No manager available.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and they were very filling for our family of 4. The Billy Supreme was very topping heavy but very good. We will order again when we are in the Traverse City area!

Very good pizzas, their Italian sub, the 16″ is MY favorite sub. Lots of meat you can actually feel as you bite through, carry out or a nice seating area with a view of the bay, friendly staff. Beats ALL of the sub chain stores. Just remember Italian Sub 8″ or 16″ you won’t leave hungry!!

Food was good and the workers were nice, but I came in for lunch got an 8″ grinder chips and drink and it was $18 bucks. How is this a lunch price. I can go to jersey Mike’s and get a much bigger sub and better tasting for that price.

Called an hour before they closed, they lady told me she couldn’t take any more delivery orders, only pick up. I understand that people are overworked right now, but turning away business an hour before you’re supposed to stop business is just ridiculous. I know it takes 15 mins or less to make a pizza and cook it from start to finish. Not a great look for a pizza place, they don’t deliver. Lol. Even Little Cesar’s delivers now.
