Pride pizza not so proud anymore..use to be thick with toppings and cheese. I counted 4 peices of sausage and 8 pepperoni..now its thin dry with not enough sauce hardly any toppings and hardly any cheese..how coukd this family favorite change so much. And i paid over 15 for a 12 inch….disappointed will just throw right in trash…

i dont do this often unless i feel it’s necessary. I keep seeing ownership respond to these reviews w an apology, however, considering my food order today nothing is being done to fix the issues. I may suggest if you’re serious about fixing the issues then having a grand reopening to try and get some of your customers back. food quality sense the new ownership is abysmal! we have been saying for a few years now that that the Grand Ledge Mancino’s has gravely gone downhill. I decided to give it another shot today. and needless to say, the problem still exists. the poor excuse i got for a 8 grinder wasn’t bad enough, the 12$ spent for it was another kick in the face… at this point the GL Mancino’s will never be back in our rotation. if they don’t fix the problem, I don’t expect them to be open very much longer. very disappointed.

Had a huge order planned. Person who answered phone said “Please hold” and stuck me on hold for at least 5 minutes. I hung up and called back a couple of times and no one would answer the phone. This place already has unreasonably high prices. When you add poor customer service to it, that is a recipe for business disaster. Someone had better get their act together.

I have been ordering from here for years and it is usually excellent but my last order was a joke! Very disappointed in my grinders ordered extra meat and extra cheese and barely got any at all ! The bread was a 1/8 inch thick. Will post pictures if it’s an option.

Do not order from here! We usually order from Charlotte because we live in Potterville. But for some reason charlotte wasn’t taking orders. So we decided we’d go through grand ledge. Worst mistake we could’ve made. The grinders we got were extremely over cooked and dry! The meat was over cooked. The cheese sticks were so over cooked they were crunchy and the cheese was just thrown in spots. This was a waste of $80. I don’t usually make reviews but this food was that disgusting! Please be warned and don’t order from here.

Used to always love this place. The hours are very inconsistent now, will close early. Lately, the quality has gone down. Last time, my order was made incorrectly. They weren’t even busy, no customers inside, the employee was sitting down when I came to pick up my food. I’d be understanding if they were swamped with orders.

I haven’t been here in a few months and heard they changed owners or management. Ordered my usual sub and got this. Barley and lettuce, no mayonnaise and one piece of ham. Very disappointed it used to be so good.
