Ann Travels alot (Ann Travels!!!)
First time visiting here. Pizza was fantastic. Chicken club grinder was amazing. And The prices were great too. Staff was very hardworking and polite. Apologized numerous times for the wait , even though we only waited 20 minutes. Carry out, order online , or dine in !!

We dined here for lunch following a several year hiatus and now recall why we haven’t eaten here more often. The grinders we received were hot and fresh but needed more seasoning. If they had added oregano, basil, garlic or some other spices they would have been excellent. The counter staff weren’t rude but neither were they friendly. The atmosphere inside the dining room could use some love. We would have been better off getting take-out. Another negative is a 3.5% surcharge to use a debit card. They should just price the items correctly. It is unlikely that we will return to this restaurant.

Usually good but not this time. My wife got her salad right away. After 35 minutes, my wife went to get a drink refill. They asked if she needed a box. She said we don’t have our pizza yet! Came out a couple minutes later. Not as hot as usual. Probably sitting in back getting cold. Missing a topping and almost no sauce. Looked at my receipt and topping wasn’t listed even though employee repeated back to us. Said she would put a credit on our account. Didn’t say how much of a credit.

Lovely place to eat, rather that be dine in or take out you won’t be disappointed. Family owned and operated. My favorite and recommendation is the Club Grinder. Clean environment friendly inviting staff and reasonably priced.

My grinders have always been made with good quality meat, heavy portions, and the same every time we ororderthe prices here allow me to feed our while family for less than McDonalds. We are left full and happy.

First time order to go my food quantity and quality was very poor I spoke to a manager ms T she insisted that she did our sandwich ..all i remember about her was she was complaining about her not getting a break to others.. talk lack of worker and mostly about her break she sounded upset my husband and I could here her conversation we really didn’t want to hear complain but had no choice . She didn’t show any consideration about my phone call she insisted that she put everything in the sandwich but mean while she was just complaining about her break while making our grinder we had no tomatoes in it she insisted we did .plus she said I been here 5 years really . She is the manager she said . Very not polite lol she needed her break ..don’t get me wrong I love Mancino grinders .

Got the Mancinos pride pizza last night and got the worst food poisoning I’ve had in a long time. First try after months of not going because they sold me a Mac a cheese last time that was 4 days over date. (Date right on item) that scared me. Quality of steak and other items are down also. Sorry usually love this place. But Now,never again.
