Such a cute place! It was very clean the dining room, eatery way and the kitchen from the looks of it! The cashier was really helpful and so sweet too! The building was pretty cute as well. There was people coming and going that seemed to know the staff well like regulars so that was cool too. It definitely has a small town home feeling vibe! My food was great as was my guests.

Food was very good, exactly what you’d expected for a Mancino’s. They also have fresh made cookies, I highly recommend trying them!

Called in our order 45 minutes ahead of time. Showed up 50 minutes later and order still wasn’t ready. Waited 15 more minutes and the order finally came out. Employees were more worried about cleaning up at closing than getting order out. Order was not right, we ordered a steak sub and got chicken. Pizza was paper thin and the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Never again!

From Cincinnati here visiting my father. The food was hot and delicious. Service was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the guy in the kitchen complaining about what people ordered. If you don’t like your job, find a new one.

When in Gaylord, we often pick up our pizza. This time we chose to dine in. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We ordered a special pizza with four different varieties of pepperoni and it was absolutely delicious. Plenty of pepperoni and cheese. Baked perfectly.

I absolutely love Mancino’s subs. They are the best in the town. I would recommend anyone looking for a family friendly place to have and get food here you go.

The pizza itself was good and delivered at a good time but on the website the pizza I ordered said it was $14 when I got it I was charged 1750 among for the pizza and altogether with the fees and stuff I ended up paying almost $10 extra

I’m not usually a negative Nancy….but this was pretty bad, the lady who took our order was terrible, she was cleaning windows when we pulled up and as we were walking in never greeted us but literally closed the door in my wife’s face….the only reason I’m giving the blessing of 3 stars was because I cannot deny that the grinders were arguably the best grinders I’ve ever had North of the Mason-Dixon Line; however, the customer service leaves much room to be desired…
