We got food to go. It was decent, but not great. It was easy to order and take out. There is a good selection of food. The woman who took our order was very friendly. We didn’t experience any problems, it was all very quick to order and receive our food. Everything was packaged up well.

Quite simply my favorite place to eat in Ramona. Will dine at least once when I come home to visit. It’s often my first stop when I roll into town! Good memories here with great friends. I’ll bring out-of-state visitors here and a few of them have said it’s the best Mexican food they’ve ever had. Seems like an exaggeration, but I don’t think they’re too far off with that judgement.

I was definitely pleased with the food at Mananas. First and foremost …… ice cold beer! I asked for a cup of ice but it was not needed. Sorry I only drink Coors Light but they have other beer including Budweiser and Modelo. I’m sure they are equally cold and refreshing. I also ordered a carnitas wet burrito. Delicious. It was actual carnitas vs chunks of pork (there is a difference). The beer was served to me right away. Order taker asked if I wanted chips and salsa (I assume no charge since I had already paid). Food was ready within 5 min and prepared to order. I special order everything which occasionally causes a problem but NOT here. Overall 5 stars for the clean restaurant with cold beer and great food. I will try again next time I’m in the area. Thank you Mananas.

Ordered 1 sausage breakfast burrito with sour cream this morning in the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes waiting for it. Employees inside offered no explanation for the delay. Received the burrito and had no sour cream on it although was charged for it. Don’t recommend going here as the vehicle in front of us waited a long time too for what appeared to be a small order once they were handed their food.

My wife and I were standing in line and the lady working there asked the people behind us if they were ready to order. My wife was just about to ask her a question when the worker asked the people behind us about them ordering. How rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning.

We order caldo de mariscos and this is the amount of limes that we got, then we ask if we could have more they said it would cost extra for that. So we asked how much she said a dollar and this is what a dollar will get you. While arguing for the limes we didn’t realized that the avocado on the carne asada fries was was already turning brown. And at the very end the employee had the courage to tells us if we didn’t like it there we could go somewhere else., what a disrespectful way to treat a customer. Pictures shows what we got.

I just ordered a California Burrito and a side of rice. I am so disappointed in the food. First, the rice is mushy, and the burrito is, ehhh. I would recommend eating at los rancheros. Their food taste better and has better quality. Don’t eat here. Listen to the reviews

The prices are decent the food is good and the portions are hefty. An assortment of Mexican and American beers in a bottle. Great family atmosphere. Walk up order and pay. They call out your order when ready. Salsa bar. No jalapenos. Been coming here for over 17 years.
