Taste is great, they have a good sauce too, but every time we get pizza from them its floppy… not sure if its under cooking or just too much cheese but its consistently droopy. I want a crispy crust that doesnt fold in half when I pick it up.

I’ve had their pizza twice now. It was ok, but like many pizza shops in the area it isn’t worth writing home to mom about. Could be baked longer and have better quality ingredients. All the slices I tried were kind of bland.

Mama’s Pizza is the best pizza that we have had in Pennsylvania! We grew up in NY and had a beloved pizza shop there. As we’ve traveled around the country, nothing has come close to our favorite NY pizza… until we tried Mama’s!! We enjoy their food so much that we’ve had them cater some parties for us, and our guests also invariably love Mama’s cooking and compliment it. My husband’s Italian uncle said it was the best Italian food he’s had in America. Our kids are perhaps not quite as discerning :), but they can’t get enough Mama’s Pizza. When they ask “what’s for dinner?” and I say we’re ordering from Mama’s, cheers are a guarantee!

We had 2 pizza’s delivered and I must say I was not happy. We live about 4 miles from the place and it took well over an hour to get the pizza.. and it wasn’t very tasty and it wasn’t even warm… it was cold and not worth what they charged. I will never order from there again.

Tonight I ordered Mama’s pizza for dinner. Got large pizza with mushrooms and ham, after picking it up got home and it was ham and pineapple. Called them and told them they messed up my order. The response was we can make another one for you. My response was can you deliver it? Yes we can. Gave address and was told we need the pizza back. No problem. But then I waited 1 hour plus for them to deliver a new pizza. Their quality and customer service has really gone down hill! I understand business are short staffed that doesn’t mean costumer service should be depleted. You think the business would want to keep customers coming back not moving on to another business. That’s what I will be doing. Just something to think about.
