My experience in this establishment was phenomenal. I arrived there earlier today with a partner to discover a new restaurant and to check it out and I was not let down. As I opened the door I was pleasantly greeted by the owner’s daughter and was given a seat. The environment is very comfortable and gives a nostalgic feeling to those raised or with a Cuban family. I ordered the supreme and pepperoni pizza, both did not disappoint and are far better than any other fast food pizzeria out there. I found out that they are recently new owners of the establishment and had a very pleasant conversation with them. I would very much recommend this place not only for the great customer service and environment, but for their amazing pizza.

Called for a delivery, ordered the meat lovers medium at 9.95 and a 2 liter for 3.95. When I was told 28.95, I asked how the hell is it $28 and they replied, no no no $20.95. I said, ok that’s better, I’m nit paying $28. Hour later, delivery arrives, and trying to charge me $28.95. Tax and a $7 delivery charge the driver tells me. I’d stay away from this bait and switch place.

This place use to have quality Cuban pizzas back in the day. Now, not so much. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza. The pizza had a slight chemical taste like if the oven has not been cleaned in a while. The cheese was not fully melted on top. To make things worse I paid $25 to not even eat half of the pizza. This place is not what it used to be. Don’t eat here!

Not only did the pizza did not taste or look good but it was was stale and burned. Customer service was terrible. There were 2 people inside, including me. The other guest was helped and I was waiting to order. Cashier look me in my eyes and walked to the back for 5 mins and then came back to take my order. I asked for 2 slices of fresh cheese. The cook said we can’t make any fresh slices. I was shocked. I will never go back to this place nor would I recommend to anyone.

Got to my hotel after a 6 hour flight. Ordered food from them (took 20 minutes to order because of the constant side chatter) was told 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later he calls and says my hotel doesn’t have a 5th floor (wrong hotel from the address I gave). 5 minutes later he knocked and states my meal that costed around $38 is now $52 because of a delivery charge. On their listing and on the phone they stated delivery was Free. Avoid them they just want to scam and only want cash because they are a SCAM

I ordered a chef’s salad and they gave me a Caesar salad. When I called to let them know my order was wrong I spoke to the man that I ordered with. He told me that he acknowleges that my order was wrong. They made no attempts to correct my order. He then hung up the call and at that point it was trying to catch someone to talk to. Then a woman answered after we called from a different number speaking Spanish only as if I didn’t speak Spanish. She told me their ordering process was only Spanish and I told her she was lying because I ordered my order in English with a gentleman. I do not recommend this place and after speaking with the hotel establishment… neither do they because of instances such as these. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

such good pizza! i really recommend going there to eat with your family! the employees are really nice. it’s a family owned place and everyone is really friendly. i was unsure about coming to this place since if the reviews since they weren’t that great. But since they were from 2 years ago, i figured i’d give it a shot and thank god u did! they got a new manager and the pizza quality and service has really improved! overall a good pizza place and a small quite clean restaurant to eat at with your friends and family.

I ordered on the phone from my hotel room. Ordered a small meat lovers and wings with fries. The guy told me the order would be 45 minutes or less. The food arrived 1:40 minutes later after 3 times I had to call back. The pizza was cold and so were the wings. The pizza was undercooked and absolutely not even 1/2 percent like a New York pizza as they say New York style. Wings had no taste at all. As per the menu my bill should have been 18.90 but when it got to my room my bill was 30!!!! Supposedly taxes and delivery charges which are not on the menu. I suggested to the hotel to alert their customers and not let them put menus in the hotel. Worst food experience in my life ever. Would not wish this food on my worst enemy!!

I don’t understand how a place that “delivers” be so unprofessional. First things first, WORST PLACE EVER! I don’t do these type of reviews, but omg this place just had to ruin it for me…. if you call to make an order around 7pm, you’ll get your food at 10pm. I called and the lady would either send me to voicemail and keep adding time to my “delivery” I seriously am so happy that I didn’t pay card because who knew when I would even get my money back. THIS IS A TRASHY, DISGUSTING, PLACE! DONT!
