small and cozy place. it’s clean, it looks like freshly renovated. nice service. I ate the soup – it’s good, but my attention was focused on a sandwich – a very crispy hero and perfectly balanced, meat plus vegetables and what surprised me was not drenched in sauces, a nice alternative to sandwiches! everyone should try it, I recommend it!!!

The #2 Banh Mi was good! For a period of time they are giving a complimentary bowl of pho broth with the sandwiches which is excellent for dipping. Honestly more pho places should do this it really elevated the bahn mi. The broth was good on it own too. Also had the iced matcha latte which was good. My only note is the food skews a tad salty if that was fixed this is a 5 star lunch spot.

worst pho ive had in the city, the broth is lukewarm where it supposed to be steamy hot so the beef would be cooked inside the broth. i knew the pho doesnt look right taking the first sip of the lukewarm broth and waited over 5 minutes the beef is still raw! 0/10

From the first moment we didn’t have a good experience because of the attention in the counter, the food didn’t took a long time, maybe 10 to 15 minutes. But the flavor wasn’t good. The noodles had no flavor at all, and the sandwich was just normal.

This place is horrible especially customer service. I ordered pho Though Ubereat. And I just got my food and stared eating but there was black something in my soup and I checked it and it was bug which was really discussing. So I called the restaurant and explained what happened. But OH MY GOD. They just said “really?That’s it And started talking with there language holding me a long time. They didn’t even say sorry Not even one time. They don’t know what to do and say. there was no one who can speak English for customer service. I would not be upset like this if they said sorry and give me refund since I was just going to let them know the problem. But their customer service made me upset.
