Super cute 50’s style diner complete with working juke box and old fashion decor. Great for a quick stop off the c&o.

really disappointed for the 36$ we spent on breakfast this morning. 9$ for potatoes and very little gravy although my husband enjoyed his french toast.

Still can’t get over how cute this little corner retro diner is beautifully themed with a simple but classic menu. Mama Lulu’s diner is in Williamsport and was recently featured in Hagerstown magazine (the article is online for free). The tuna salad hit the spot. And don’t forget to ask about dessert! Took home some wonderful banana bread Blondies

I am dumbfounded by a lot of the comments on the food. Anyway here to give my review. I have gone twice & I absolutely love this place! Great food for the type of establishment I thought. The staff was very friendly. I love how unique this place is. Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a retro establishment.

Nice little diner style atmosphere! The staff is super nice and pleasant. The food is great! I started with a big delicious bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The entree was popcorn shrimp and catfish. It was perfectly cooked with a nice large peace of good catfish. Dessert was a slice of pecan pie. It’s really hard to choose a dessert as they have many homemade pies! They also have cookies, muffins and ice cream. Definitely a spot that is worth a try!

I’ve owned and managed multiple restaurants so I expect a lot when I go out to eat, but i also understand how a restaurant works. The Service was great, at 11am they weren’t ready or prepped to serve lunch. Wife ordered a Tracy which comes with egg salad, after my wife was served her burger we heard the cook say he had to make more for the next order and that at least it would be fresh. I ordered a Club, club sandwiches vary as to how they are made at local restaurants, but I had called ahead and asked how theirs were made. Well, for 10.25 I got a two layer sandwich and on each layer 1 piece of ham and turkey, 2 pieces of bacon, tomatoe slice and 1 maybe 2 leaf of lettuce on toast without mayo. I’ve never had such a small dry club. I also ordered a side of fries w/gravy, fries came out in the basket with the club no gravy and cold. I reminded the waitress of the gravy, and that was the crescendo of lunch. The gravy was made fresh, when I have no idea; it was cold, lumpy, and still gelatinous. I poured the gravy on the fries in a to go container, the gravy stayed the shape of the bowl, I had to squish it down with a fork. They do offer a really good quality to go container. Atmosphere: tries to look like a 50’s Dinner but it’s overcrowded with…stuff that makes look like a mess. Sorry we won’t be returning.

I had the opportunity to meet Don during my visit to Williamsport. I was truly captivated by the rich history of his diner. Good eats!

Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food wasn’t great. Not flavorful. It seemed like it was reheated leftovers from yesterday or day before. For an $18 dinner, I expected fresh food. I was really hoping I’d find a fun local small owned diner so close to home but I’m not sure I’ll be back.
