They added a gratuity on my bill when I ordered carry out. $17 for a little lunch. I saw the bill then my credit card showed me the price higher. I work in restaurant business. Someone added a tip without my authorization. I will never go there again

This place joined an app: too good to go, I wanted to try their food before I start going there. I ordered 2 from the app. They pretended to not speak English, since I don’t speak Spanish, a customer was translating what they were asking me. After the customer left I found out that they all speak great English. Then they gave me only one order even though I informed them that I have 2 for pick up. They gave some hard dry rice that my dog couldn’t eat. The claimed chicken soup was no chicken to be found and super sour. They customer service was the worst ever, no hospitality and super dry nasty faces when they found out that I don’t speak Spanish, which means I’m not Hispanic.

Ordered through app and when I arrived no one came to the register. Finally after being acknowledged, someone came and she put my plate together. Thank God I was not looking at my phone and directly at her shady azz. She acted like she didn’t speak English but she clearly does. Her rude trifling self along with her counterparts will get their karma. She dropped a piece of meat, picked it up and was ready to put it in my plate. When she noticed I was looking she laughed and threw it away. I should’ve walked out then but she continued making my plate giving me another piece of meat when another girl suddenly took over. This place is UNSANITARY, unprofessional, and filthy. I don’t see how people dine in. I ended up throwing the food away because it tasted salty and NOT FRESH. I got old stale pasta, old hard rice, and one piece of tough chicken. No bueno. Come better.. I will be complaining to the app as well.. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY! Just go to McDonald’s.

I usually don’t like to give low reviews but ordered for pickup, 35$ for 2 orders and was pretty pricey for a lunch of vegetable rice and like 5 Tiny chicken strips, which was supposed to be a full breaded chicken breast and I didn’t receive that, the rice smelled weird like old vegetables, which I couldn’t eat, the steak with onions were undercooked and they gave very little rice for the amount they charged with no sides which i was very dissatisfied, The first time we ordered from here the food was decent so I figured I’ll give it another chance, I’m very disappointed I had to rid of the food and I tried calling them to give them a heads up about the old rice but got no answer. So I guess lesson learned.

We order food for my sons first birthday party and all I can sayis, GREAT FOOD!! All my guest enjoy the food and keep telling me the food was great. They had my food ready for pickup and we were happy with everything. The price was right with all the food we got. The language there is primarily Spanish( we are pjerto rican and dominican) so not a problem. But they do speak English. I would order again and told everyone I know. You’ll enjoy the food!

If your looking for a good authentic dominican food and service. This is not it. The food and service is okay. Went to pick up my food once and it was in delivery without me giving them an address. I got an apology and cold food. Portions are small. Unlike other dominican restaurants they are stingy. Hopefully i saved you money.
