Enjoyed breakfast at this cute little diner. Both of our meals were really good and our server, Courtney, was very friendly as was the server that delivered our food. The restroom was clean and neat. The only downfall was it took about 25 minutes for our meal but I will say, it was worth it! Pricing was very reasonable!

Went to visit Mama B yesterday and everything was amazing! Miss Bunky waited on me and Miss Diana cooked my ham and cheese perfectly. I especially liked their chicken pictures. Nothing gets me more excited than hens and roosters

First time at Mama B’s we stopped in for breakfast. Greeted by staff & seated as we entered. Restaurant is not big on ambiance, pretty bland but it is a diner. Our server was swamped as she was also taking care of a table with probably 16 folks, so our service was a bit slow but she was pleasant and attentive despite that. Eggs Benedict for me & biscuits & gravy for hubby. We both found our food to be a bit salty but we all realize that is such a personal taste issue & it can be hard to find something in the middle. Hubbys gravy was full of sausage & plentiful, my hollandaise was quite nice but would have been a little skimpy if I hadn’t ordered a side of hollandaise ($1.99 charge). Prices all looked pretty average in our post Covid world but they also had some specials which were super good prices. We will give them a try again.

Over crowded the table was dirty and the top of the table swiveled . We asked for water in the beginning when we sat down never received the water the whole time we were in the dinner . Food came out about 45 minutes after our order was taken. The temperature in the restaurant was close to 80 degrees no air circulation and the food was warm! Never again! I had to leave because it was too hot had too go out to the car to cool down after I went to the car, my wife said they brought the water after asked them for water mor the three times!

The name fits this restaurant it’s great food and small setting. I don’t quite know why it took so long to order, It was empty, the reason I gave a 3 to service is we were not given ice water as hot as it was we sat with nothing not even water for 20 minutes. She did apologize and was very nice but ice water should be on the table as we are sitting especially as hot as it’s been.

We are new to the area so looking for our new hometown restaurant. Mama B’s was our first try. Hubby went for takeout. I got the patty melt and fries, he got a cheeseburger and pasta salad. Everything was delicious. He said it was a nice clean place and the girls were great. We will definitely be back. Prices are good. Fries were delicious although not a lot which was fine. I was full so it’s just as well. Hubby had alittle wait but we didn’t order ahead and good food is worth the wait.

The hot syrup was a welcomed surprise at Mama B’s Diner at 7651 SW State Road 200 in Ocala, look for the plaza just west of Lowe’s at 95th street. We arrived just after 7 a.m. and there were five customers already seated. Our server was Bunky who was a ball of energy. My wife ordered Country Fried Steak with two eggs, hash browns and a biscuit. I ordered two pancakes, two eggs and two slices of bacon. And we had multiple coffee refills. Our food arrived by the second cup of coffee and Bunky presented hot (heated) syrup for the pancakes. Nice. Overall solid service, good food. We paid $21.43 plus tip.

This is definitely the best place to visit on Mondays. We tried over 6 places and they were closed on Mondays we were shocked hope this place continues to stay open on Mondays! Great food, service and atmosphere will return!
