The food and staff is outstanding. Top rate service and then some. My wife and I had a Wedding Rehearsal Lunch for 50 guests and every meal was made to order and served in a timely manner. The food was excellent and the service truly outstanding. I will give Malone’s my business at every opportunity. Larry his staff and owners are outstanding, nothing more needs said.

We had dinner tonight at this fabulous restaurant. We all loved our meals. Our steaks were done just right and the salmon and swordfish were also superb. Our waitress Molly was wonderful. We can’t wait to go back.

We had dinner tonight at this great place, the live music is awesome. The staff is very responsible and helpful. The best thing of the night was the dessert, it was delicious. I really enjoy it and had good time with my son.

The atmosphere was wonderful and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly, but those are the only reasons I gave this place more than one star. The food just wasn’t good, especially for a place that claims to be fine dining. My sister and I brought my mom here last weekend for Mother’s Day and we ordered 2 cornish hen and a steak. Both of the Cornish hen dishes came out improperly cooked- the poultry was still very pink- so we sent them back. When it was brought back to us it tasted like it hadn’t been seasoned at all, not even with salt, and the risotto it came with was also bland. My sister felt the steak was prepared well enough, but it was over priced for what it was- $40 for a 10oz USDA choice beef filet. I really wanted to like this place and I might try it once more hoping that the chef is not actually incompetent, but that I just picked the wrong dish on the wrong day. Maybe brunch is better? After this experience though I don’t have much hope though.

Set in a former church in old town Manassas, Malones intrigued my husband as we were heading to lunch. We decided to check it out when we finished and were walking around.

Just what Old Town Manassas needed, a quality dinning option. Have enjoyed Brunch and Dinner at Malones and love it. The atmosphere is lively and the menu is excellent, changing seasonally. This 150 year old church is a unique venue and offers guests more than just dining … it offers an experience. We will be back again and again.

I’ve waited a year and a half to post this and hopefully by now its changed. We had our wedding dinner here 4/15/15, just the 2 of us. We made a reservation online and mentioned it was our wedding dinner. No attempt was made to make it special or private at all. Our order was not made correctly we ordered a ravioli for an appetizer which was not cooked thoroughly parts of the pasta were still hard. Also our entrees we’re not cooked correctly we both ordered well done steaks and received bloody steaks and under cooked vegetables. My spouse was so put off he didn’t eat. It was disappointing wedding dinner and a waste of $120

First time trying this downtown eatery. The service was excellent – Molly is a super server! The carpaccio was thoroughly enjoyed and the French onion soup was among the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of slurping.

This place was absolutely terrible. We had a large party on prom night so they offered us a Buffett (which is quite normal with large groups) and a private dining room which was much appreciated. The welcomed us graciously originally but the dinner was not up to par with what we were paying for. The food looked like slop which was quite disheartening. As we went to leave while paying an agreed upon price we worked out on the phone with multiple people, we were told that the price did not include tax or gratuity (which we calculated into our price per person ourselves) and they expected us to pay more money per person. The difference they expected back was over $130 in total but another $9 per person which most of us barely had because again this was prom night. No other resturuant would ever even dare give a rate without tax or tip knowing a party of 20 was coming in, especially a prom group. Thank you Malones for a terrible dinning experience as well as emptying a bunch of teens pockets on prom night. Luckily for you, the stars only drop to 1.
