I forgot to tip, and they were vindictive. They took off $10 from the order and gave us almost no meat. Meanwhile, since I forgot, I asked the person who picked up the food to remember to tip, and they just handed the food to him and moved on to the next customer at the counter without much word.

I’m SOOO disappointed. I was really looking forward to this! I ordered a seafood salad and ordered the least amount of spice with the dish. Paid 16 for a small salad and it was completely inedible waaaaay too spicy . I had to throw it in the garbage. Horrible.

Make sure you check your bags when picking up take out. They forgot to pack our spicy tuna rolls, and they blamed me for not checking the bags. They wanted me to drive 15min there and 15min back to pick it up. Then when I asked for a refund, they hung up on me. Not checking the bag, is on me. The poor customer service, unforgivable. Especially since the place was completely empty when I went there. Not like they had a packed house where it might have been understood for something to go unnoticed. Also, the menu is overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food you get. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I hate getting hung up on. Never again.

We about a year ago to Wellington and the carry out here is the best so far. We’ve had it many times and we love it. The fresh ingredients and flavors keep bringing us back.
