It is a clean and warm place. The food was decent. Combos were enough with a reasonable price. Fish and shrimp tasted fresh and meat was amazing with its sweet sesame sauce.

As of Dec 2022, this is only one of two hot pot places in the Columbus area that I am aware of. In general, I liked the food, options, and price. This restaurant is also better than its competitor for newbies (If you’ve never had hot pot before) due to its menu options and sauce options. Also less busy (don’t have to wait for an hour for a table) and better atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. If you’re new to the hot pot experience, i would recommend Mala. They will show you the way. They genuinely want their customers to enjoy the experience. And there is a robot server!!!

I’ve never done hotpot before and this place was great! Individual portions let us get exactly what we each wanted and the price was perfect. Plus, they have a robot that delivers the food. 10/10, wellbeing back!

Today was the first time we visited here, intended to do it sooner but the pandemic, life, child etc all got in the way. Anyway, the price of this place is quite excellent for what you get. Unlimited vegetables with your bowl of soup, a cute robot delivers all your dishwares, free ice cream to cool off your spicy tongue, and the food was very tasty. We will go back instead of making it at home since they clean up the mess and you don’t have to do all the shoping.
